We can see that your policy started just 6 days ago. Our gifts can take up to 28 working days to arrive from your policy start date. This timeframe includes the 14-day cooling-off period, along with the time needed for processing, packaging, and delivery.

Its a good product but the downside is it rewards new customers more than loyal customers. At present if you are a new customer there's 2 dozen ball free gift plus the free rounds
