Go Modern Furniture Reviews

Not replying to emails and worried about my order

Yes, UK, people in other countries also order from the UK. You have not replied to any of my emails about the Missoni Luanda rug. So far I have emailed three different addresses across two days and still not heard back???

Just a telephone enquiry however Claudia responded very quicky and was super helpful. Will definitely visit when next in London.

Great experience with Go Modern
Attentive and professional staff, a beautiful showroom, many contemporary Brands & Designers pieces, I Highly recommende,
I bought various furniture during the years and I keep going back . I love their style Nicola

Very pleased that we found Go Modern. Wide range of Italian furniture at various price points and really helpful guidance and advice, particularly from Claudio. Helped us to furnish our entire flat and we are delighted with the result. On occasions, pointing us to items of furniture that we wouldn’t have automatically considered but that really work well. Highly recommended.

We had great advice and quality products from Go Modern. Claudio Volpe helped is immeasurably with a whole range of design advice.

Great experience with Go Modern’s design service. I booked a free online consultation and received very helpful advice. They then carried out a site visit, measured everything carefully, and supported me throughout the process. The selection of sleek Italian furniture really stood out. Thank you.

We have used GoModern on a number of our interior design projects and have always had a very positive experience. Their team has consistently been helpful and responsive from the early selection stages right through to final installation, which makes a real difference when managing a project from start to finish.

They offer a wide range of products, with a strong selection of contemporary designs, and we have found them to be reliable, knowledgeable, and easy to work with throughout. Their support during the process has always been appreciated, and the overall service has been professional and efficient.

We would be very happy to recommend GoModern to others looking for both quality products and a high level of service.

Go Modern is a top tier furniture retailer. The furniture selection is one of the best - beautiful, high quality European designs. The end-to-end service is from shopping to delivery and installation is excellent. I've made many purchases over the years and has always been of highest quality. Highly recommend.

Great advice from Ricardo, I am very happy with my dining table and would certainly recommend their services.

Amazing service from Ricardo from start to finish and extremely happy with the product, which arrived well within the quoted timeframes and was delivered with care.

Go Modern Order 25342
Only really found GoModern in the process of sourcing a rug that is not stocked / sold by many retailers as it is higher end and from a premium company MissoniHome. GoModern not only have the standard sized rugs but can offer bespoke sizes (though of course this in reality will be a Missoni service but great that GoModern are willing to broker the Missoni bespoke service). Order efficiency was great. My only gripe is that after ordering and paying I received an email telling me the lead time for the rug was 5-6 months - I think I may well have thought twice about the purchase had this been made known ahead of purchase, even though from past experience there is always a lead time with (Italian) furniture and here I had factored in 10-12 weeks, but not up-to 24 weeks. However in the end several weeks later had a happy notification that the rug was going to be delivered 10-11 weeks after ordering which I was very pleased about. And the delivery process was seamless. I was concerned about DHL being able to manage a heavy rug as single handed delivery but contact with GoModern and to DHL were supportive and encouraged recontact if matters had not gone to plan. All was very successful and the rug was delivered without a hitch. And the rug is glorious.
Thank you to GoModern for keeping in touch and smoothing through this process.

They were helpful and exceptionally efficient when sourcing a small accessory for a piece of furniture that I hadn't even bought from them. Alex Richardson was a pleasure to deal with and I would recommend him and the company without the slightest hesitation. Thank you!

We took delivery of a beautiful glass table from go modern furniture after ordering in the showroom with Ricardo. There was a small issue with the table which meant it needed replacing. Ricardo organise that with minimum disruption to ourselves. Would recommend using them for great customer service.

I have worked with Go Modern a number of times and it has always been a pleasure. Alex R has made the recent job very easy and they sell great garden furniture that I am happy to recommend to my clients.

Ricardo is the best! I’ve always wanted a dream walk in custom wardrobe and Ricardo made that happen super easily. I decided to walk in randomly to see the store, and we ended up designing a mock up in about 1 hour. Meanwhile, other companies took weeks to even just reply to my email.
Thank you so much again!

Boyana is always a pleasure to deal with and made fabric recommendations which we are really pleased with! A small glitch wrt logistics delivery, but Paul resolved promptly and we are very happy with our purchase. Manutti is also a fabulous brand.

Great shop with big variety of brands and good pricing compared to others in London. Recommend Boyana to work with!

I purchased an excellent child’s wardrobe by Nidi design. Fung was brilliant to work with, helping me to design the layout and choose finishes. He sent through the quote quickly and kept me updated on delivery. The wardrobe arrived earlier than expected and was assembled by the team without any fuss. I couldn’t be happier and will be returning to buy more from the shop in future. Thanks!

We’ve used Go Modern to furnish multiple rooms at our house. They have a deep catalog of brands (lots of well priced Italian manufacturers as well as upscale brands such as Porada) and the team is very good at guiding to the right balance of value and quality. We’ve worked with Boyana for over an year and have always received top service and advice - can only recommend. We’ve also used their installation services and never had issues.

I would have no hesitation in recommending GO Modern. Special thanks to Fung Tam who was very understanding, responsive and helpful. Many thanks for arranging fast delivery of my order. The quality is outstanding and the service is excellent!
