I had one of the nicest, most helpful customer service representatives I have ever had. She worked with me for almost a week straight. I was tossed to them by a Paddle bot that wouldn’t give me hardly any information, and yet Goodnotes worked diligently with me to get to the bottom of a bank charge that ended up not even being theirs. They were kind, helpful, quick, and surprisingly good. I didn’t even have an account with them! If I ever need a notes app, I am going with them literally because of this amazing customer experience.

Really like that they have templates for notes so it's easy to find something you can use. Customer service is impeccable and responsive

I got notification that my annual subscription would be renewed this month, but as I am no longer using the software / app, I intended to cancel. Goodnotes responded to my request immediately, and I received confirmation within minutes ! Amazed at how prompt the response was, and delighted to receive confirmation letting me know my request had been completed.

Die App Goodnotes wird für die Schule auf dem iPad verwendet. Leider ist der Account immer mal wieder off und man kann sich nicht mehr einloggen. Dann kann man zwar noch die alten Daten sehen, mehr aber nicht.
Der Goodnote support ist leider unfähig. Es werden immer nur FAQ links verteilt statt zu helfen. Den Account Status muss doch der Hersteller reaktivieren können,

Hello, I got in touch with apple again. I need to purchase the goodnote6 rights, but I bought the wrong version 5. I have submitted two applications on the apple official website and both were rejected. After communicating with apple's customer service, I was informed that I meet the conditions for the developer to reclaim the membership rights and get a refund. I need to contact the developer to reclaim the membership rights and handle the refund. It is necessary for you to handle the refund or compensate me for the membership benefits of goodnotes6. I need a refund or a free upgrade to goodnotes6 membership. I'm a student. This is very important to me. However, the goodnote developer platform has been shirking responsibility onto apple. apple has clearly informed developers that they need to handle the revocation of membership and refunds!

Honestly I don’t think I’d get anywhere without this app now! The only down side is you can’t AI import the flashcards and making them on there is too time consuming.

A must for uni students. Intuitive and easy to use! Can easily import PDFs and allows for flexible organisation and movement of text with the lasso feature. The bookmarking tool also helps me easily find important pages.

[Whenever I want to export file in PDF format, it doesn't shared and app gets crash so many times, Problem persists , Inspite of update .

I regret my investment in good notes.

I've been using goodnote for a quite long time now, I've never regret buying life-time member. the document management is very simple and clean. there're so many type of paper that I could use and I can also abject it after I writing something down. sometimes I've found some issues but after I told them about my situation, them work on it, reaching out to me, and tell me if the problem is solved. I love how is the application care about the customer and helping me whenever I have issue.

I'm a relative new user of Goodnote and I'm very satisfied with the producy.
The gestures are intuitive and very helpful.
Also the new AI might be useful even if i'm not using it much so far.
The crossplatform experience at the moment is poor since it is an app born on apple but i hope it'll be improved quickly because i really need it.
Five stars because it is still the best hadwritten note taking app i found

I had a tricky issue that was preventing me from using the app, but when the support team contacted me, they promptly addressed my concerns and provided thorough troubleshooting steps. Amazing app, amazing staff, amazing experience.

Ich benutze GoodNotes seit ca. 2 Wochen für die Schule auf meinem Lenovo Thinkpad mit Windows 11. Ich habe noch nie so ein schlechtes Programm gesehen.
Ich kann meine Daten nur mit der Cloud synchronisieren, auch wenn ich meine Daten nur lokal verwenden möchte? Dazu gibt es auch keine Einstellmöglichkeit.
Ich habe erstmal das Programm 7 Tage lang getestet. Verlängerungsdatum eigentlich der X Tag, doch die Abbuchung über meine Zahlungsmethode erfolgte bereits einen Tag zuvor... Was soll man dazu noch sagen.
Ohne Internet geht bei dem Programm gar nix, manchmal buggen Buchstaben hin und her und verschwinden nicht. Der Kugelschreiber war 1 1/2 Wochen nach Start der Verwendung des Programms auch verbuggt...
... dieses Programm ist einfach für die Tonne, ich schaue, dass ich in den Osterferien ein neues Programm finde. Für so einen Schrott gebe ich keine 8€ (oder irgendwie so) pro Monat aus.
Lieber Finger weg von lassen...
