DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY. This is the WORST company I ever worked for. If i could leave negative stars i would!!! They do not care at all about their employees and every supervisor tells the employees different things. I got sick with Covid & was told by my supervisor that if i had a doctors note it was okay to miss work so i went to the doctor & got a note to be out of work for a few days of rest. To my surprise i get a call from my manager firing me for missing a day of work! Another friend of mine also got fired for his internet crashing when that wasn’t even his fault!! WORST COMPANY ever, i will not be suggesting them to anyone for employment or to buy their tires. Very disappointing, they should care more about their employeees. & from the look of the other reviews, it seems they don’t care about their customers either with such bad reviews. I have no clue how this company still has employees or customers.

Poor quality and high price. Avoid these wellies
I bought a pair of Neoprene lined Goodyear wellies a few years ago. They weren’t cheap. Astonished to get a boot-full of water on a walk recently. On examination I found that the upper on both boots had partly separated from the sole. I’ve never had such a problem with significantly cheaper boots from Nora, Dunlop or similar. This is a disappointing lack of quality.
Windshield Damage and Denied Claims: A Goodyear Experience
On February 19th, I brought my 2018 Dodge Ram to the Goodyear Service Center on Richmond Rd in Lexington, KY. I asked for a tire installation, balancing, and an oil change. When I picked up my truck, I saw a horizontal crack in my windshield that spanned its entire width. I immediately informed the store manager, who sent a technician to meet me in the parking lot. The technician stated there was nothing he could do, leaving me in the parking lot holding my invoice.
I returned home and immediately contacted Goodyear’s corporate office to report the incident. They apologized and explained that the store manager should have inspected the windshield and filed a claim on the spot. Later, I was contacted by Goodyear’s claims office, who collected my information, and assured me I would hear back within 48 hours. However, I never received a follow-up from Goodyear’s corporate. Instead, the store manager (who was too busy to inspect the damage), called to inform me that my claim was denied.
As a marketing professional for over 30 years, I understand the value of accountability and customer care. Unfortunately, based on my experience, it appears that if your vehicle is damaged while in the care of a Goodyear Service Center, you might not receive the responsibility and support you expect. Although my insurance will cover the windshield repair, this incident has significantly diminished my trust in Goodyear, and I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Never Never again at Goodyear Service.
Lets start off saying I have used this Goodyear service center for tire work for quite a while. It is located at 2910 Palm Harbor Blvd in Palm Harbor FL. While John was the manager i had many good experiences with them. After John (the last manager) left I was greeted by a manager and service tech that were beyond rude. I actually stopped going to them a few years ago. Recently I saw that there was new management and techs. So when our 2019 Hellcat lost a front tire due to a hurricane road hazard I figured I would give them another shot. WHAT A MISTAKE. I drop shipped in two new front tires as they couldn't source the brand for me. They balanced and mounted the new tires. When I got the car back it shook so much it was really undriveable. Brought it back. First the service manager said I had a bent rim. Then he actually got nasty with me. He agreed to have his guy rebalance the fronts. They must have tried to rebalance the rears as well. Unbeknownst to me at the time they remounted the rear tires on the wrong sides. (They are directional). After getting the car back it was no better. Possibly worse. I then brought the car to another private tire shop that specializes in high end and race applications. They said the fronts were so far out of balance they couldn't believe it. This is when they told me the rears were mis-mounted on the wrong sides. They checked the balance on those as well and remounted them correctly. Now the car rides as smooth as glass. I would NEVER bring my car back to these hacks. They are rude, condescending, liars and have NO idea what they are doing. They could have destroyed a set of expensive high performance tires with what they did. What a waste of money only to have to repay someone else to fix their screw ups.

J'ai commandé des pneus avec l'offre promotionnelle de Goodyear début Novembre. Mes pneus étant usés il était urgent de les changer.
À cette date 9 janvier je n'ai toujours pas mes pneus qui sont en rupture de stock! On me dit livraison en Novembre soit UN AN après ma commande, ce qui est aberrant.
C'est honteux de faire une offre promotionnelle et de ne pas pouvoir fournir vos clients!

Par l'intermédiaire de Norauto j'ai acheté des pneus neufs Good Year, l'achat devait engendré une offre promotionnelle alléchante de remboursement de 30 euros.
Malheureusement pour des raisons techniques je n'ai pas réussi à finaliser la procédure en ligne.
Sollicitée pour une régulation de ce problème, le service client refuse ce remboursement argumentant une offre promotionnelle désormais dépassée.

Kein Anrecht auf Reifengarantie, nur wegen Aktivierungsdatum
Habe wegen der gratis 1-Jahr-Garantie die Reifen extra etwas teurer von Goodyear bestellt. Nirgendwo stand, dass man diese innerhalb zwei Wochen nach Erhalt der Rechnung aktivieren muss, außer in irgendeinem Paragraphen der Versicherungs-Police. Nicht mal in der Email wo der Link zur Aktivierung drin ist... Erst wenn man das Formular öffnet, dann sagt er einem erst nach Eingabe, dass das Datum zu weit zurückliegt. Warum man überhaupt die Garantie aktivieren muss, ist auch fraglich. Sowas muss automatisiert sein oder die Rechnung muss ausreichen. Man möchte halt, dass einige Leute nicht auf die Garantie zugreifen können, weil sie es vergessen haben zu aktivieren. Den Support habe ich kontaktiert. Die weigern sich mir zu helfen. Man möchte das Geld des Kunden. Man möchte aber nicht helfen.
Erst ein Tag vor Montage-Termin hatte Goodyear bei meinem Monteur der Reifen angerufen. Glücklicherweise hatte er noch einen Zeitblock frei gehabt. Alles einfach eine Katastrophe. Nie wieder.
Rude and breached own T&Cs
Bought Goodyear tires due to a cashback promotion. In their own T&Cs they said they the cashback would be received within 28 days. When I asked for an update a month later I was told to "please be patient for a moment" and they didn't answer my questions. Rude and in breach of their own T&Cs.
Absolute joke
Absolute joke. Ordered tires online and set the appointment. Received confirmation of the appointment, then the installer calls and says they can't get me in for a week past the already two weeks in advance they had me scheduled for. Goodyear can get f*cked. Wait a month for tires to be installed. Yeah right.

Store on Siegn Lane and store on Coursey in Baton Rouge are horrible. They were quick to sell me a 3 year alignment plan but just about refuse to honor it. Tried twice in past month just to give excuses why they can't. Today, employee on Coursey waisted my time, sat for an hour. When I asked, was given piss poor excuse that the machine software errors kept it from working. Both stores are ran by same manager Shawn and they don't give a shit. I'm done and will NEVER give my business again, be sure to blast them on social media, Google and every chance I get.

Bonjour, au mois de juin j’ai participé à l’opération (Norauto/Goodyear) remboursement du montage pour l’achat de 2 pneus Goodyear. J’ai eu la confirmation que j’allais être remboursé de 40€, à ce jour novembre je n’ai toujours pas été remboursé. J’ai contacté plusieurs fois Goodyear toujours même réponse victime de l’énorme succès de l’opération .
Très décevant et étonnant pour cette marque.

Wir haben die Reifengarantie mit den Goodyear Vector 4seasons Gen3 reifen abgeschlossen. Jetzt hatten wir ein Nagel im Reifen und trotz telefonischer Zusage und der Rückmeldung seitens Goodyear dass der Schaden über die Garantie geregelt wird, ist bis heute nichts passiert.
Wir werden diese Marke meiden, da dies meiner Meinung nach Richtung Betrug geht.
Nächster Schritt es die Kosten über einen Anwalt von Goodyear zu bekommen

Wish I could give them a zero...my husband took his truck in to have the air conditioner serviced because it started to work intermittently, it would be on for a day and off for a couple of days, his driver side window was also off track, so he also asked for this to be repaired, they did a "diagnostic test on the AC and added freon, they also replaced the regulator on the window" or so they said, we picked he vehicle up and the very next day the AC stopped working and the driver side window was off track, we called Goodyear back and spoke with Micheal Dewitt at the Goodyear on Harbison Blvd in Columbia SC where we had taken the truck, he told us to bring it back, we did, he couldn't figure out why the problems persisted and asked us to bring it back when his colleague Micheal Gatewood would be able to troubleshoot the AC and window, we took it back and a day later get a call from William stating that the problem with the AC was electrical and it would have to be taken care of at the dealership, he also informed us that they replaced the regulator in the driver side window!...again?...I thought it was done the 1st time we brought the vehicle in for service! And get this...the window is till not working! He tells us that the window stripping is the problem and we would have to take it to the dealership, they also replaced some belts so, we paid $650 for labor and another $450 for parts and diagnostics and still do not have working AC or a working window...oh yeah, William stated, "well it was working when you picked it up"...I guess he didn't remember that the original complaint was that the AC was working intermittently when we brought it in...I have been a regular customer here for over 15 years but I am never going here again,
Ripped off with "Free Amazon Vouchers"
Bought tyres which had an offer of £30 Amazon vouchers. I chased several times only to be told I would receive them no later than 7 days after the promotion ends ( 2 months after I purchased the tyres.
Chased 7 days after the end of the promotion date only to be told they had sent, checked my junk and they were in there, the link had expired and was in Spanish anyway.
Let Goodyear know and they basically have said "tough"!!
It's not the monetary value, but the service has been disgraceful, and I really do believe they had every intention of ensuring as few customers as possible benefitted from their "promotion"

Il est important de noter qu'il s'agit d'une fausse promotion.
En effet, Goodyear limite le nombre de participants pouvant bénéficier de la promotion ! Cela peut s'apparenter à une arnaque...
A priori, c'est écrit dans les CGV (en tout petit sur 1 ligne...). C'est comme au loto, faut avoir de la chance pour bénéficier des promos Goodyear.
Ce n'est pas très sérieux pour une grande société comme Goodyear.
Pour le principe, c'est bien la dernière fois que j’achète des pneus Good Year.
