Poor customer service response
Placed order on 4/1/24. Received notice of shipping on 4/6/24. The tracking # does not work. I reached out to their customer service email on 4/16/24 and have received no reply. Sent them another message through their website early this morning, 4/17/24, and have received no reply to that either. My credit card wad charged right away though, and it is quite disappointing not to receive replies from my inquiries regarding my orde4.e

Haven’t received order
Ordered 3/27/24 on 4/1/24 received a tracking number and notice it was shipped. 3 weeks later and multiple emails sent have not heard back from company. The tracking number doesn’t work.
I am somewhat hopeful order will still arrive after reading do many slow shipping comments.
I do think the company should have reached out after I emailed them though.
As of my feelings right now I would suggest not ordering from them. Will definitely take that back if my 5 sun hats arrive soon in good quality condition.

Received my orderApril 19th. Did also receive one email reply after leaving negative review here. Hats will be ok for what I wanted. They are adjustable but still a bit small even at the largest adjustment. I like the brighter colors better than the pink ones but just personal opinion. After all is said and done I’m happy with purchase.

Oh my gosh, I love my sun hat!! It fits perfectly and is so cute, while also offering great protection from the sun! It is foldable, so it is easy to pack, too. The brim can be snapped up on the sides for a cute look, too. Thank you!!

As promised, i'm amending my initial negative review.
I have now received my sun hat which was ordered over 3 weeks ago. It's exactly as described. The fit for me is good but it is quite snug so wouldn't recommend if you have thick hair/a large head.
The tracking comms is poor so you just have to sit it out and hope it'll arrive.

A bit sceptical about ordering from an Instagram post so checked out via the goodyouco website & here on Trustpilot.
I’m having chemotherapy and have lost my hair. I had been looking for a sun hat to protect my bald head when my hair starts to grow back early summer. These hats have UPF 50+ sun protection, and can be worn in pool/sea…
Ordered 2 hats one for me & one for my daughter. And paid £7.99 for the mystery gift. The postage was quite a lot.
The package took a couple of weeks to arrive and I was getting a little worried that I had been scammed.
Needn’t have worried. Both hats arrived and were great (turquoise & grey) really well made, an opening at the back for long hair (pony tail) to fit through and now we just need to receive our ‘order of sunshine’ to wear them? Guess could ‘double up’ as a rain hat?
Maybe not suitable for a large adult head.
Not so sure about the mystery gift though? Took me a while to work out what they were? A black plastic expanding hair toggle and a long pair of white fingerless gloves. (I guess for arm sun protection?)

I received my hats
I received my hats. It took about 3 weeks but as I don’t know where they were shipped from that’s not a bad wait. I used their measuring guide before ordering and both hats fit perfectly. I love the pony tail hole. The ‘pink’ hat has a distinct beige/brown tinge which isn’t really the colour I was expecting (hence the 4 rating). Overall, the hats fit nicely, are well made, and I can’t wait for the hot weather so I can trade out my toque to these hats!

I ordered 2 hats, they took weeks to arrive then when they did the bag was ripped open, 1 hat was faulty and there were no freebies. I have emailed the company and had no response. Not happy paying £25 for basically 1 hat!
