Tyrell was absolutely brilliant, knowledgeable, and approachable and really listened to what I was looking for in order to give the best general advice on trainer brands in relation to specific requirements. Do not always find what I am looking for on impromptu store visits, but click and collect gives a good indication and is reliable backup.

At least 4 members of staff saw me (so no need to “seek out” a member of staff) at the Evri collection stand - and no one acknowledged me or came to assist.
Install some sort of doorbell/hailing system to call a staff member when not crewed.
