was browsing in the Birmingham store saw a jacket i wanted took it to the till to pay and the price was £70 i asked why the price was £39 on the jacket and was told if i pay £5 to join the special club i did not want to join i get the discounted price or if i did not join i would pay £70 so i joined the special club and they sold me the jacket for £39 the extra £5 will help the company boss pay for his expensive lunch at the savoy due to this companies rip off methods every other company has a loyalty card scheme you do not pay for but go outdoors at this rate will be bankrupt hopefully pretty soon and then i will happily shop here when its all 90% off until then i will never bother shopping here again RIP OFF PRICE LABELS!!!!!!

Went into the Birmingham branch to buy a fleece at £39 when I got to the counter the price was £70 unless I joined their club for £5 and I could have the fleece for £39 or not join there stupid club and pay £70 and according to the receipt I saved £31 for being in their special rip off club by paying the extra £5 with stupid games like this you have lost a loyal customer forever enjoy your descent into bankruptcy for ripping customers off.

I got served by Chloe who was very polite and friendly for her front of house service. She knew exactly where the product was that I enquired about, and also had the underpinning knowledge to answer any questions I asked

Called into GO OUTDOORS (GO Express) in Birmingham city centre. I was expertly advised by LAMISHA, a very friendly, knowledgeable and thoroughly professional member of staff who helped me to decide on which pair of walking shoes to buy. Very helpful throughout the whole buying procedure making it an enjoyable experience. To be commended.

Went in to the birmingham branch today was helped by kyro and lamisha. They were both very helpful and polite.

Fantastic service from Alan, he was very helpful in assisting with my purchase of a new sleeping bag. He guided me through the process of the membership to get a hefty discount on the product. Excellent 5*

Popped in for a pair of sunglasses and signed up for the member's deal. The colleague was very helpful and patient with me making my choice, gave me my member's card as well as 15% off my first purchase and £5 off my next one. Explained the yearly membership really well but not until after I purchased. I felt like if he would've told me these benefits of becoming a member I wouldn't have gone to Argos around the corner to check out their offers. Can't remember the name of the colleague but he was really helpful and polite.

I was served by ED, who went to search for my size coat as there was none left on shop floor he was very welcoming and polite an got me exactly what i needed thank you i am very happy with my coat 🙂

On 11/1/25 we were served by Kyro & Ed in the town centre shop. Their customer service was excellent. They searched and unpacked a new order to find the size coat my husband needed. You were a credit to your store, thank you both.

Kyro was really friendly and helpful when I forgot my store card, my details had been entered incorrectly but Kyro made sure to take the time to let me know and amend this on the system to avoid any confusion in future. I only made a small purchase today but its really nice to see good customer service and I will be sure to return.
