Couldn't have asked for better service today in the Chichester store. We were served by Mason today and he was amazing! We went in wanting advice on purchasing several items of kit needed for Duke of Edinburgh expedition and Mason was so knowledgeable, helpful, kind and took us through every item on the list. Thank you so much, I've never had such good customer service and I will definitely be recommending. Outstanding customer service which is very rare nowadays. Thank you Mason.

I needed to replace my walking boots and want some advice on lightweight shoes. I got some excellent advice and support from the team including their own experiences.
Bought a pair of Solomon’s, not the cheapest but I live in these things, especially in winter.

I had great advice and help from Mason and Tim today buying a waterproof jacket. I then went to 2 other shops which were no help at all and came back. Mason explained in great detail looking after the jacket i was wearing and the jacket i was buying. I walk a lot and it was important i got the right one. I would strongly recommend buying products from Go Outdoors and i shall very highly recommend them.

Tim served me and was very polite and helpful. He was able to find exactly what I needed, having checked with a senior member of staff, and also helped me save money by encouraging me to become a member. A very good device. Thank you.

I looking to replace my old walking boots, I was acknowledged as I walked in but not pestered left to look which I was happy with, I asked Annabel for my size boots in the ones I originally choose, but not quite right, I think I tried on 6 pairs before making my choice, Annabel was patient and knowledgeable about all aspects of the boots also recommended new insoles as I found the originals a bit flat. The in store range was good, but the service I received was excellent, thank you Annabel.

You left an ink pod rfi on my Peter storm pull over karki fleece??? I live about 20 miles away? I guess you will suggest that I spend money to get it released? It’s easier to dump it in the dustbin. Thanks 😝

Mason was very helpful and pleasant when we were looking for a fleece for my husband. He was very polite.

I have never been in the shop before. I was attended to by young man who was extremely knowledgeable about the products & was so helpful. He checked on line & ordered me Berghaus waterproof jacket. It arrived 3 days later & is perfect. Also joined loyalty scheme to reduce price. It was his first day in job so must have been well trained! Excellent round! Thank you
