Darc and the other young man were very helpful when I bought walking boots for my daughter today.

ad a fantastic experience at Go Outdoors in High Wycombe today. I was looking for boots for my teenage son and a very helpful staff member named Dark provided brilliant advice. Thanks to his assistance, I found exactly what I needed. Great customer service!

Darc was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. He talked us through the best options and was very good with placating my children and their million questions. Very happy with the service.

Richard could not have been more helpful in helping me choose a pair of walking boots. Other members of staff were also very helpful. Good old fashioned service. Very impressed!

I went to Go Outdoors to get a new pair of walking boots/trainers, but needed advice as I walk a lot on various surfaces, but I am not a person that ‘hikes’ up hill and down dale; 3 peaks etc.
Darc, was the assistant in the shop when I arrived and he gave me lots of advice about the different boots on display and was patient as I tried lots of brands until I found the boots that suited my activities and price range. I will definitely go back as the experience was a good one.

Sales assistant Dave was excellent — knowledgeable, honest and professional

I paid my £5 membership fee and saved £72 on four purchases, walking boots, snow boots, walking trousers and waterproof trousers.
The staff were very helpful.

A few days later I tried to order some snow boots for my husband. The website order did not accept my membership number. It took a couple of emails and a phone call to solve the problem and the boots arrived a few days later.

All items fit well, time will tell how they wear!

Darc made chose my the right shoes a fun and educational process. I highly recommend him and the Wycombe store.

Went in today to buy a pair of outdoor wear trousers for the first time and had no idea as to which ones I would need! Sue was very helpful giving me options within the wide variety they had available. Purchased a pair which were nearly half the original price with the club member card. Very happy!

Went in to look for walking boots. Great advice from Darc. He helped me find the wider fit boots, and made recommendations on good walking socks. Really appreciated the help and managed to get a good bargain

Richard helped me with various options available in the hiking shoes range.
Gave me all the time to try and finally choose a Merrell pair.
Definitely recommend the place

Was served by Sue, absolute pleasure. Had to pop out the store briefly to sort something and Sue was nice enough to pop the jacket I bought behind the counter! Will definitely be coming back!!

Great experience today, I had gone into Sports direct first as I thought they had the boots I wanted at the cheapest price but having received zero help in there I popped into Go Outdoors (Blacks). Great service from Sue and very happy to receive a big discount once I signed up to loyalty scheme. Fabulous experience and very happy with my Scarpa walking boots.

The service was great and good collection of jackets. ‘Sue’ was very helpful and made our shopping experience even better.

I recalled this store previously being a Blacks, and had bought my previous hiking boots there as the selection had been good. The store apparently became part of GoOutdoors earlier this year, so my visit took a while as I needed to be made aware of the fact of becoming a member before making a purchase. However, Gareth gave excellent advice about the choice of walking shoes and hiking boots and I duly went through the membership process and then bought a pair of walking shoes which are proving to be just what I wanted in terms of style, comfort and durability.

Really satisfied with the customer service ,served by Adam, who was really helpful. Finally some place that values customers.
