Becky who helped me was absolutely amazing! Very knowledgeable and talked me through all the different boot options to meet the needs I was after.

Service by Kasia very helpful and knowledgeable about my requirements for my big feet . I will certainly shop in store again .

Fantastic Service and Knowledge from Don. We were looking for a particular Rab Gilet, our local store in Clydebank did not have it in store, we placed and order online but unfortunately the order was cancelled shortly after placing due to no stock. On checking store availability online the Inverness store was showing 1 in stock, we phoned the store and spoke to Don to offered to put this aside for us as we were visiting Inverness at the start of the following week. True to his word he had put this aside for us, fabulous service, a true credit to Go Outdoors.

Excellent Service and knowledge from Don who went above and beyond. We were struggling to get a particular Rab Gilet, Clydebank had none in stock. We managed to order one online from go Outdoors but the order was cancelled not long after ordering to no stock. We checked store availability online and noticed that the Inverness store were showing 1 in stock, we phoned the store and spoke to Don as we were visiting Inverness at the start of the following week, Don managed to put this aside for us and true to his word we picked it up when we arrived in Inverness. 5 Star, credit to Don and Go Outdoors.

Great shop for great prices and so much choices of products. Everyone at Go outdoors keep up the great work your all doing.

I Knew what we wanted to buy so didn’t need any assistance but a member of staff made sure we were okay. At the tills Kasia was very friendly and engaged us in general chat. And made us feel very welcome. Would highly recommend the Inverness store in the Carsegate 10/10 👍

When I entered the store I had a bag with some items to return as they did not fit. Not sure what the staff members name was but she had blonde hair and glasses and I think a polish accent..I stopped to look at the flasks on my way to the till and she wouldn't take her eyes of me, looking me up and down and following my every move as if I was a shoplifter..when I went to the til I had the receipt for my items but 1 of the tags must have fallen out of the pocket (I have autism and I am unable to try items on with tags on them) I also struggle to use the changing rooms so I always just buy and try on at home. Was told by whoever the young gentleman called for assistance (didn’t get her name but long brown hair, young) that it couldn't be returned without the tag even though i had the receipt and the payment card. I asked for a managers decision and she said it was OK if i had the receipt. Then the 2 women were clearly annoyed that I was to get my return and tried to say they weren't in returnable order as there was a tiny white mark, which was obviously just a bit of dust which must have been the way i bought them as they sat on my table in a bag for a week after me trying them on while I was away. They clearly hadn't been worn or used. Anyway I was made to go home and wipe it off. I returned to the store 10 mins later after wiping said tidy mark off. By this time I was I would say annoyed because of the way I was treated until this point. I just wanted my money back and to get out of the store. I mentioned the polish ladies manner towards me and the 2 seemed to gang up again, I was told I would be asked to leave. Manager came shortly afterwards and she was much nicer and dealt with the issue swiftly. Awful customer service from the 2 ladies. Had to get most of the money back on a gift card as that is how I paid for half of it which is a shame because I will never return to this store and will encourage friends and family to avoid it. Plenty other outdoor shops in inverness with same pricing and better staff

We had a great shopping experience.
Ed, Laura, and Luke were absolutely brilliant. All of them were incredibly knowledgeable and were able to guide us through our shopping list. We were especially grateful that they let us finish choosing the right boots without any pressure when the store was closing.

A great experience in Inverness tonight, in particular Don went above and beyond with his help and knowledge

Very friendly and helpful staff

I ordered a gift voucher on a Friday. and
I paid for next day delivery.

I live in the highlands of Scotland but I’m only a 20/30 minute drive away from a city.
I mention this because I didn’t expect the parcel to come the next day because of where I live.

However , I did expect it to come on the Monday…..Tuesday,….. Wednesday..Thursday???

It finally arrived on the following Friday.
A whole week later !!!!!!

I find this unacceptable.

Had a great experience buying a bike. The guy in the bike section was outstanding. He let us try several bikes without rushing us. He even brought the bike to the car!! Will never go to Halfords again. Thank you Connell and Slobhan for your service.

My husband and I visited this store to get some camping gear for our first family camping experience and Becky was extremely helpful! Very knowledgeable and we found all the right items we needed to make our first trip seamless! Even recommended items that we would never have never thought of. We are looking forward to many more camping trips in the summer Thanks to Becky!
