Matt was excellent and informative as we checked out, he made sure we knew all the tips and tricks to camping and that we were happy with all our purchases. he throughly explained any returns if we needed and was amazing. 10/10 recommendation

We went to the Ipswich store today to buy a tent. We’re not seasoned campers and asked for some help. We were really lucky to be helped by Emma who was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. After choosing our tent we were directed to the till and we were served by the also very friendly and cheerful Laura. Great customer service like this is not always easy to find, thank you!

My Husband went to find a member of staff to talk to us about the tents and other items we wanted for our first camping experience, he was a very helpful even got us a trolley to load our equipment on to. then he took our trolley to the tills.We also had a helpful cashier on the till and another memeber of staff taking our trolley to our car and loading our car with the items we bought.The staff names were Dan, Laura and MAx

Great service with my click and collect order - really helpful and nothing was too much trouble. And they were really helpful with items that were out of stock on my order and ensuring I got what I needed so thanks Matt, Katie and Laura. I really appreciate it.

Matt was so amazing. He was extremely friendly, funny, and insanely helpful, going above and beyond in helping us get our go outdoors membership set up again for our new address, and providing us with a new big go outdoors card as we had lost ours a while back. A true asset to the team

Good range of the things we needed and good range of prices. Celeste was very helpful getting us the different boots we wanted to try on and making sure we were happy with the fit before buying.

Always great service. They’re keeping the store much cleaner and organised than before. Just check your receipts as I got charged for 3 items when I only took 2. An honest mistake I’m sure but now I’m £14 out of pocket.

Second visit to this store in a month. Both Celeste and Jackie were very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. They didn’t try to sell me the most expensive item and gave me the time to choose what was best for me. Friendly and chatty ladies, who are both a great asset to the store. I purchased on both occasions.

All of the staff we spoke to today were really friendly and helpful.
When we got to the checkout we were pleasantly surprised when Matt informed us that we could get 3 for 2 on our water bottles which was very kind as we were completely unaware. He even knew where some more stock was when I found the shelf I went to wax empty 😊

Bought an item that was in stock. Then got refunded. No explanation nothing. Poor customer service
