Harri at Lowestoft store particularly helpful.
We'd bought a tent from Go Outdoors in Norwich but they didn't have the carpet to go with it. I phoned the Lowestoft store which was quickly answered by Harri. He was particularly helpful, checked their stock and put aside a carpet and ground sheet for us to collect. Very pleasant and helpful young man who's a credit to Go Outdoors.

Order a jacket it was to big so I went…
Order a jacket it was to big so I went to the local go outdoors with my recipe so I could get a smaller size got turned away saying I could send it back and get a refund and buy another one but they could not change it so they were happy for me to buy another jacket but not replace it so I won't be ordering any more gear from go outdoors again poor customer care very poor I only picked it up yesterday on the 24th of march it now the 25th very disappointed with your member of staff

I visited the store in Lowestoft…
I visited the store in Lowestoft yesterday (12/03/26) and found it a good experience, the store was clean and tidy. The gentleman member of staff was very polite and was able to help me buy the right product for my needs.

Happy customer.
I was very pleased to have purchased 2 shower proof coats that were reduced. They fit well and in nice colours. So pleased I joined the Outdoor club.they would have been full price otherwise. I look forward to buying more bargains.
