Great stock , bought two jumpers, gave them to the cashier he took of the tags & just dumped them down on the counter left in a crumpled mess. Not impressed.

Great customer care
Great customer care . Jackson from the Preston deepdale store was very attentive and patient as I tried a few pairs of hiking boots. Asked a few questions and Jackson was very fluent and knowledgeable with his answers. He catered for me twice, as I was unsure of the boots the 1st time I went to the store. An hour later I asked to try a pair of boots on again when I returned from looking in other shops. Jackson was very courteous and helpful. Bought the boots and I'm very happy with them.

We're sorry that you did not receive communication advising that your order was ready to collect. Having reviewed the order, we can see that it has now been successfully collected, but we appreciate how frustrating the lack of update would have been.
Regarding your membership card, these can take up to 15 working days to arrive and we are currently still within that timeframe. If it has not arrived after 15 working days, please pop into your local store and our team will be happy to arrange a replacement physical card.
Please be assured that you can still access your membership discount in the meantime by logging into your account online before checkout, or by providing the email address or billing postcode linked to your account when shopping in store.

Very poor
Very poor, took payment for an item that turned out to be unavailable after 9 days no online update as unavailable or out of stock.
After 2 weeks a refund appears unannounced very poor communications as I had recd emails saying ready to collect when item was unavailable. Disappointing.

Having investigated your order, it appears that the collection notification was not successfully received, meaning you were unaware that your item was available for collection. As the parcel remained uncollected, it was automatically returned and refunded in line with our collection process.
I completely understand your disappointment, particularly after receiving inconsistent updates and then a refund without a clear explanation. We should have communicated more effectively throughout, and I apologise that we fell short on this occasion.

Best customer service.
The store had a great range of gear perfect for any outdoors goer.
We especially were impressed by the kindness and amazing customer service given by Olly.
When I was struggling to find a pair of hiking shoes he came over offering assistance making sure to find out all my needs for the shoes. He then went into the back and bought out multiple shoes he highly recommended in my size. He was very patient and always happy to help with any questions I had, which I highly appreciated.

Hope at
Deepdale Preston store so so helpful and polite with myself and the colleagues that were in the store on my visit last week, only a small purchase but highly satisfied with the service and standard of the store.
Also Lee at the Burg store, first class on the telephone line took my details and then the store manager contacted me Mr Neil Kettle, certainly runs a great store and customer service support.
Met Neil in Dudley store many years ago and I certainly appreciate the great welcome and service that he implemented in his team .
A satisfied customer is the best advert and I use Go Outdoors as my first choice and recommend to all RNLI colleagues.

Great service and products
I’ve used this shop more times than I can count for all my walking and hiking needs! Always great quality and exactly what I need for my trips. I went in with my son today to grab some new walking boots for him. Extremely good service from the staff and Kojo went above and beyond to ensure the pair of boots selected were appropriate and would fit well. I will be back very soon!
