Great customer service
From the moment I stepped into the store, I received absolutely fantastic customer service from friendly and very knowledgeable staff. Made buying a coat and socks strangely enjoyable.

In store service was good but online terrible
In store service was good - I had bought a jacket for my youngest daughter and wanted a matching one for my eldest. The assistant ordered one for me online as they had the size available and arranged for it to be delivered to me at home - all great.
I then get an email telling me the order had been cancelled due to no stock available (first issue - why allow an item to be ordered if it is out of stock)
And then further on in the email it says they won’t refund me (despite having my card details) and I’ll need to go back in to store to get my refund. Totally absurd - not great customer service and means I have to make an unnecessary trip in to store.

Wanted to buy some fleece jackets & waterproof jacket . Laura was very informative and helpful so I could make the right choice.
Staff in shop very polite and lovely kind people . Even brought over a chair so my very elderly father could rest his legs.

Super helpful staff
Had bought some walking boots 3 weeks ago, and they were already coming apart at one of the seams. I was in town and popped in on the offchance that they could help me out. Laura was amazing, super helpful despite issues finding my members card account and me not having the receipt - she did everything she could to resolve the issue and sorted out an exchange for me. She went above and beyond to help me. So grateful to you Laura!
