Lovely customer service
I came into the Stockport store yesterday afternoon and I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service and knowledge of the staff, I’d been struggling to find a specific tent for me and my family but have since managed to find the perfect one due to the excellent customer service I received, Kacey in particular offered great advice when talking about add ons and potential benefits a new customer like myself would be interested in, I will be visiting this store more in the future.

I have used Go Outdoors many times fir my out door walking gear.just lately I have found that my usual choice of size doesn't fit well. Tops, fleeces & jackets are too tight in the body but if I choose a bigger size the sleeves are far too long

The online ordering process was difficult
The online ordering process was a nightmare, Go Outdoors needs to sort this process out. The jacket ordered was excellent for the price. The Stockport staff particularly on the till area were very helpful.

Not the right colour.
I had to return the jacket I ordered and returning it was no problem, got my refund straight away. I would've given 5 stars apart from I'd renewed my £5 membership when ordering and that wasn't refunded. Maybe could've been refunded as a good will gesture as it wasn't the same colour jacket I had seen on the website.
Customer service was good though.
Unfortunately the jacket I ordered was cobalt blue on the photo on the website, I was sent midnight blue.
Slightly disappointed as the same jacket was cheaper on other websites in the colour which I was sent otherwise I may have kept it.
