GO Outdoors - Tunbridge Wells (Express) Reviews 

Really helpful and friendly staff. Got my discount for being a member plus I was told I got extra discount as a National Trust Member so my rather expensive new raincoat turned out to be very good value. Lots of choice. Well laid out shop. Would recommend.

We visited the Go Outdoors store in Tunbridge Wells today and were served by Jasmine, she was very knowledgeable, helpful and let us take our time in choosing some walking boots for my son, for his Gold Duke of Edinburgh expedition.

I have problem feet and trouble with my hands, I picked out two pairs of trainers that I wanted to try on, he helped me try them on and we both agreed that they were a bit small, he came back with a pair that fitted perfectly, I then asked to try on some sandals again no problem for him to go and get them and helped me put them on, He was chatty, courteous and very helpful throughout the service, Unfortunately every time I go in there now I will hope he will be there to help me. 🤭In fact when I put my old trainer’s back on I was so tempted to ask him to tie them for me.

By contrast to my very successful visit on 9th March (I gave an excellent review) when the two members of staff were incredible- great knowledgeable; helpfulness; and friendliness and I walked out a very happy customer after buying a back pack, yesterday, I walked out empty handed and completed my purchase a couple of hundred meters down the road at Millets (v nice staff) instead where my bill was cheaper. Whilst the gentleman who helped us locate the right product was brilliant, alas the manager was rather sour and not forthcoming with helpfulness.

Alex and Josh really helped me out with my needs. They listened and they both advised what would be best for my requirements and what would fit my price range. Great team

Really helpful staff and good discounts available

Newly opened store that is accessible for me. Excellent range of outdoor products at competitive prices. I visited when the Tunbridge Wells store first opened and am still surprised as to how I managed to purchase a jacket priced at £100 for £40!

Andy was absolutely helpful and definitely knew his stuff. I am very happy with my new walking shoes. My feet are thin, flat, long and I normally avoid buying shoes.
