NEVER AGAIN
Ordered 3 meat packs branded 'ready to go' by Tariq Halal, there is no halal verification stamp on it. Used the 3 for 2 deals twice and was charged for all 3 items on both lots. Then the delivery was very late after the driver constantly calling to find my house waste of time as they didnt speak enough english for a conversation. Simple to find my house on google maps. Then wasted all night trying to sort this out with their customer service - sending photos, multiple emails and phone calls. After 6 weeks now - ZERO RESPONSE OR REFUND. NEVER AGAIN.

I love gopuff. I came across this site,app by accident. My first thoughts are they trustworthy, reliable, quick. Since using gopuff im addicted. You can browse all shopping you want, fantastic prices, fresh and so much to choose from, they operate 24 hours a day and I have never been disappointed. I would definitely recommend them. The delivery drivers are friendly and helpful.

What a joke – Gopuff lost my cigarettes, blamed “policy”, then tried to shut me up with a survey!
This has to be one of the most infuriating and pathetic experiences I’ve ever had with a delivery app. I ordered from Gopuff specifically for the Chesterfield Red Superking Cigarettes (20pcs) – that was literally the whole point of the order – and the useless staff didn’t even include them. Not in the bag, not delivered, just straight-up missing because of their negligence and carelessness.
I jumped into chat at 4:53am expecting some basic help. What I got was a slow, repetitive, brain-dead circus. The agents kept changing their story – out of stock? Misplaced during packing? Then they admitted the item “became unavailable” and smugly told me they’d “automatically processed a refund”… but I have to wait 2-3 working days for my own money to show up.
I pointed out that due to their negligence and carelessness, the money I was able to spend and use is no longer able to be used as wanted, and all I’m getting as compensation is my money back in days time. I even asked if they think I feel valued as a customer right now. Their response? A scripted load of nonsense: “I completely understand how you’re feeling… but I’m limited to the policy… the item became unavailable so we weren’t able to send a replacement. A refund was automatically processed instead.”
Then, when I still wasn’t finished and said “I am not finished”, they literally tried to close the chat on me! To top it all off, they sent me a survey link asking for feedback. Are you taking the mickey?
No redelivery. No credit. No goodwill. No proper apology. Just lazy corporate nonsense, hiding behind “policy”, and zero accountability. The support was so painfully bad it felt like arguing with a broken robot programmed by people who don’t care about customers.
Gopuff is a complete dumpster fire. They can’t even pack one simple item correctly, and when they mess it up they make you suffer through hours of useless chat, refuse to do anything extra, then try to end the conversation while you’re still talking. Absolute terrible service from start to finish.
I will never, ever order from this pathetic excuse for an app again. Save yourselves the headache and frustration – stay away from Gopuff.

I have all the screenshots from the conversation I have been through and spoken about on here, none of the information stated on this review is without evidence to back it up word for word, when this company first started I was elated to find that they were unique and bespoke and was very much in favour of them, so much so I have been a member with them for months since I discovered them, at first I sang there praises complimenting each customer service member on their ability to resolve the issue and build rapport in a professional, courteous and meaningful manner however it seems that this has now been replaced with cold prescripted copy and paste chat bot or customer service representatives who are now lower paid given the job to just copy and paste a script to a customer and shrug them off in order to ensure the company's profits and prevent them from any gestures of Goodwill compensation of accountability of the situations that they create.
What a shame.... what was a fantastic brand, a new shining company to a pile of Ruin and greed.

A service that lets themselves down. They use "bots" with customer service and the delivery time increases considerably once you place an order. Shame I can't give them zero stars. Their customer service is an absolute shambles.
Lost & lazy

They gave me the wrong item and instead of giving me another order, they refunded me I never requested for a refund. They just refunded me for no reason I told him I didn’t want a refund. I just wanted of my items. All they told me was have a good day. They won’t even try to help me out.
Do you like paying fees for bad service?
My delivery was delayed by over an hour and a half with no communication. Most reasonable businesses would waive their service fee if the service they provided was poor or inadequate - but not GoPuff. The $4.5 they scammed off me for a terrible user experience is worth more to them than a recurring customer.
If you use this service, get ready to pay fees for no reason!
Gopuff needs to go out of business
Gopuff needs to go out of business. Twice now I have used Gopuff and twice the order was never delivered. Worse, I went on their chat to resolve this and was told there was no record. I took a photo of the pending order and sent it to Gopuff on the chat. The agent there had the nerve to still claim there was no record. It's the last time.

I ordered once from them and a year a half later I realized they had been charging me monthly for a subscription I didn’t start! They refused to refund me even though it was clear I didn’t utilize their services. I hate when companies are scammy and secretive with fees. Never got an email or any indication that my card was being charged. The way it was categorized on my bank statement was super inconspicuous as well. Had to google to figure out what it was. Shady as hell
Absolutely horrible customer service
Absolutely horrible customer service. You will only receive auto scripted responses. They do not care. They changed my delivery time 3 times. I went from waiting 30 minutes to 2 hours. My husband said it's because it's a small order (bandages and antiseptic). I expressed this concern to them....nothing..... silence...... repeated auto response. Oh, so you prioritize larger orders?....silence....auto response. Got it.

I am writing this review as a Gopuff delivery driver in the New York area whose account was permanently deactivated in February 2026 with the stated reason of “Extreme ETA” violations.
During the week of February 22–24, 2026, the Northeast—including New York—was hit by a major blizzard (Winter Storm Hernando/Blizzard of 2026), with blizzard warnings, heavy snowfall (up to 30+ inches in parts of the region), strong winds, travel bans/restrictions in many areas, and extremely hazardous road conditions. Driving safely and quickly was objectively impossible for extended periods, as confirmed by National Weather Service reports, travel advisories, and widespread media coverage.
Despite these well-documented conditions, Gopuff continued dispatching orders aggressively. My batches frequently included 4 orders spread across completely different, non-adjacent areas with no logical routing or proximity—making on-time delivery unrealistic even in normal weather, let alone during a blizzard. When delays inevitably occurred due to snow-covered roads, reduced speeds for safety, traffic backups, and poor visibility, the platform flagged these as “Extreme ETA” issues and used them as grounds for immediate, permanent deactivation.
Gopuff provided no detailed evidence, specific order logs, timestamps, or performance data to support the decision. The explanation was vague and generic, offering no opportunity to understand or refute the claims. The appeal process (via the app’s support chat or email) was ineffective: responses were automated or minimal, with no meaningful review or reconsideration despite the extenuating circumstances. There was no apparent human oversight or flexibility for weather-related impacts, even though Gopuff’s own customer-facing information acknowledges that ETAs can change due to “road conditions, weather, traffic,or other extenuating circumstances.”
This feels exploitative: the platform benefited from drivers’ availability and effort during peak demand caused by the storm (when orders surged due to people staying home), extracting maximum value from us in dangerous conditions, only to deactivate accounts abruptly afterward without compassion, compensation for lost earnings, or fair due process. It prioritizes automated metrics over driver safety, real-world realities, and basic fairness.
I invested significant time, effort and risk during the blizzard to fulfill orders, only to be discarded without warning or recourse. This practice erodes trust in the platform and harms drivers who rely on it for income.
I urge Gopuff to review and improve deactivation policies—especially during severe weather events—by providing transparent evidence, genuine appeal reviews, and weather-adjusted performance metrics. Other drivers should be aware of these risks before committing time and resources.
This company is cruel and corrupt. They are exploiting the drivers. and customer.
This is the worst company i’ve ever…
This is the worst company i’ve ever dealt with, the illiterate delivery driver gave me the wrong bag, scanned it and gave it to me, when i opened it in kitchen, it was the wrong items, so i ran back outside to tell him it was wrong order, so he took it back and said “i go back, have look” but he never returned. When i asked for my money back through the customer service email, they said that my bag was delivered with a handshake!!!!! refusing to give me my money back, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!
