The food was especially, the vegetarian korma. The delivery woman was prompt and very gracious when our neighbor's dog jumped out at her. We love Holi!

Shady Copycats
I ordered from Grabull thinking that I was ordering from one of my favorite pizza places in Malden. Their website was catalinapizzamalden.com which redirected to Grabull's website. I would have never ordered from them if I knew the correct website was catalinapizza.com. Besides copying websites, they also have hidden fees that you don't see until after you place the order. The person who delivers my order never called me so it was sitting outside in the cold. I had to warm the pizza up myself. Due to the fact that your app does not have tracking, calling is the only way to receive notification that the order has arrived. When I called customer service, they were rude and did not offer any compensation for this delivery error. I actually got hung up on for asking. Please do not order from this place as they are using extremely shady marketing practices to do business.

Placed an order online, for almost $200, from a place that didn't normally deliver. Ordered 36 HOURS BEFORE we wanted it delivered. I called the restaurant at noon when the food hadn't arrived yet. They told me the driver had picked it up 15 mins earlier. As I was talking to the restaurant the driver called to find out where we were located. He went in the total WRONG DIRECTION, and apparently use a GPS properly! When the driver FINALLY showed up, OVER AN HOUR btw, he tried to leave it outside next door. We caught him putting the food down and starting to take a picture. When I called Grabull to talk to someone, I got a VERY rude, uncooperative customer service rep. She told me she had to speak with the driver to find out the story and call me back. Wehen I hadn't heard bacvk from her after almost 24 hours, I called again....HOPING I would get someone different. I didn't, it was the SAME rep. She told me that it was OUR fault because "we gave the wrong address the first time." There was NO first time. I confirmed ALL of the info with the restaurant when I had called the first time. After being extremely rude, and her insisting it was OUR fault, she told me she could not "help me." At this point, I would have been okay with her just apologizing for the lateness....instead I got a belligerent person. I will NEVER AGAIN use this service!! And I will tell EVERYONE I possibly can to use another service. NONE of this has fault with the restaurant...it the service that SUCKS
Order Over an Hour Late
I ordered at 11am for a 4:30pm delivery. This was for a kosher attendee at a corporate event so it was our highest priority to have it on time. At 4:40pm I grew concerned and started to call the restaurant, whose phone lines were off the hook. I called the other location to see if they could get in touch with the location I ordered from and I ended up getting through. The restaurant stated that they had the food ready to go, but a Grabull driver had never showed. After goin back and forth for another 50 minutes, the restaurant let me know that a driver had finally arrived and was on the way. So, the order was over an hour late when it was already time sensitive, and the driver did not use a hot box so the order was cold. In no way do I blame the restaurant, this seems like all Grabull's mistakes.

The ziti and meatball single serving was delicious and HUGE. It even tasted better the second time reheated. The salad was okay. Too much lettuce more cukes and tomatoes
I alway get the pizza w sweet sauce but this time I changed up. DELICIOUS

The burgers and roast beef were very good. I did not care for the curly fries. They were closed to “deep fried” almost burnt. This isn’t unique to this restaurant though as most in Gloucester don’t know how to properly fry food. Quick delivery. Friendly driver. Would order again but not order the fries.
