Great Glam do a very good job making clothes look great on their web side, but in reality their items are cheap made, fabrics are the most inexpensive, sizes are too small or too big never the right size and their wrapping couldn't be worst. I have ordered several times and always had to send something back. They don’t send any return or exchange form only a printed received. When I e- mailed them to ask about exchanges, they just copied and pasted what was on their web site (did not answer my q?) and if a wanted to exchange they told me to write on the back of the receive page what I wanted instead, that’s so unprofessional. If you spend $50.00 you get free shipping, sounds great isn't? But here is the catch: if you return any item and you ended up with less than $50 they will charge shipping on your order, so you ended up spending double (the original shipping fee, plus the retuned item fee which is on you). I'm not buying from them anymore. Disappointed!!!

I ordered 2 body suites hoping that they would fit around my ankle properly because in the past every body suite I have tried on in store has been too big... when I tried on my body suite from greatglam I was elated to find that it was a perfect fit all over!! I placed my order on 6-5 and it said 2 weeks shipping to North Carolina but my order was @ my door 6-8!!!!!! THANK YOU GREATGLAM =)

i have never ordered from greatglam before. I am 112 pounds and 5'6 in height. would there size 2 in dresses be good for me?

I ordered clothes from great glam for some parties that will be going on this week but i was afraid it wouldnt get here fast enough with the free shipping, but it arrived RIGHT on time, i ordered the clothes thursday of last week & the arrived monday morning just in time for this weeks festivities, and the clothes fit great just liike they're shown on the website! i ordered the good call jumpsuit in a small but i probably shou;d've ordered a medium :/ ohh well it still looks great and i also ordered another dress but i cant remember what its called. overall the site is trustworthy and i recommend it definitely!

it was my 1st time purchasing from greatglam.com so i was a little afraid at 1st. BUT i ordered my item && it came to my house 4 days later!! super fast free shipping!!! the dress fit me perfectly, i'm 5'0 weight at least 105 so i thought it would be a little big on me since small sizes are between 2,3, & 4. && im petite.. but it fit me perfectly. the item looked exactly like the picture. there was no problems. i recommend this site to everyone who is a 1st time buyer. its 100% trustable.

I purchased my dress online, and chose their free shipping option, which states my purchase will arrive appx. 2 weeks from order date. It came in 5 days, and the dress looks just like the picture. I chose a medium dress size, I wear size 4-5 and it fits great! I will be a returning customer, I am enjoying making people jealous in my sexy new dress!!

I found the experience to be very well with G.G.? :) The outfits were exactly as displayed on the website. Very pleased thus far! Also, my items arrived very quickly, they said 2 weeks - they arrived in 3 days. (I ordered on Monday (night) and my packages were here on Thursday) Yeeaaah G.G.! Because the clothing is for partying the price is just right. The fabric is a little thin but the outfits will be worn in the summer anyway so it's fine. Happy, happy, happy! I am even more motivated to lose more weight/get in shape, so that I can order more stuff!

I Love greatglam.com. They have the most unique clothes and I have never been disappointed with anything I have received from them. I have been shopping with them for the last 3 years and each time my order total is always been between 150-200$!!! However, I always paid for "speedy delivery" and that normally takes four days for me to receive it. The last time I choose free standard shipping, which according to the website takes an average of two weeks, however I received my package in two days!! So I think they use the same shipping methods for "free standard shipping" and "speedy shipping" so always choose free shipping!! Still love greatglam!!

I paid $7 for fast delivery, my package or should I say flimsy envelope got here in 3 days. It was ripped open on the side, and of course it was empty. I don't know what kind of $30.00 dress I paid for to come in such a thin and small envelope. It was so easily stolen. I'll probably order again maybe two dresses, so hopefully it will come in a box. I'll give it another shot. Can someone tell me what kind of packaging their orders came in?

I ordered the black Positive dress from Great Glam.com for the first time on Jan.14,2012. I was a little afraid at first becuase most of the reviews I read were not so great and i was worried it wouldn't arrive on time for my birthday party on Jan.28,2012. Luckly to say I got my dress in today with enough time shop around for shoes to macth it. At first I thought the material was very cheap but after trying it on it fit my body just right. Im so excited to look glamorous for my birthday. Thanks Great Glam!

i get clothing shipped to australia regularly from them, its always on time, has great prices and amazing quality, very unique, and charges no international shipping fees for over 4 items!! theres no website that comes close in range price style or reliability :D i recommend everyone buys from here <3 im obsessed

I used to use this website for years and become regular costumer. I am frm United Kingdom. Wanted to place order online but website is broken.. I tried to call waited 20 min wich cost me 10 pounds (20dollars) and get no reply. Really bad costumer service although products are good. Wanted to place 300 worth order but it was not possible.

I just love great glam its cheap and the dresses are fabulous :) the only issue i would have is that when my items arrive i have to pay extra for a customs charge, but in saying that it still works out cheaper than a dress i buy here. if you contact great glam they reply within 24hrs plus they add new dresses every week. i will be shopping here for a long long time :) x x

This was my first time shopping with great glam and will be shopping here again dresses as they are different and cant find any like it in the UK so will definatley be using again.Paid for the standard shipping to the uk and arrived earlier than expected so fab.Had to contact customer services as there was an error on my part not great glams and they answered well within 24 hours so great.Def recommended to other women who like to stand out from the crowd. Thanks again!!!

I used to shop here every week!
For years I watched the prices go up on the same quality items.
The quality of most their items are FAIR. Not great. By not great I mean the materials are thin and after a few wash, expect a button to come loose.
Most items I have are still in great condition but I can honestly say that their clothes should NOT be worth my than $25.
Shirts used to cost anywhere from $15-$23. Now shirts are almost $30!
Shirts that have no recognized brand names should not cost $30.
Also their new items are out every tuesday. When I used to make a order by Tuesday afternoon, I get my order by Thursday/Friday of the same week with the CHEAPEST delivery. NOW, expect it sometime next week.
Customer service is good there. If you have any issues they respond pretty fast.
Keeping all that in mind, I give Greatglam a 3.

This was my first time ordering from greatglam... My sister has ordered before multiple times so I figured everything would go smoothly... Which it did!! I just ordered a dress got the 4-7 day shipping ( I think that is what it was ) and it came on time!! I would order again!!!!

I have ordered from them so many times I have lost count! The clothes are fabulous and they have a pretty good return policy although I have only needed to return one item. The shipping is super fast! Normally only taking 3 to 5 days! It is my No.1 site for clothes!

I ordered from greaT glam, it is almost two months now, for three weeks delivery. Im so unhappy and disappointed, im not sure I would want to buy something froM there again, the most painful part is that I sent series of messages, they did not reply. I don't think I would advise anyone to do international shipping from a company like great glam but anyways I'm still waiting for my clothes or send me my money if u don't want me to have the clothes, i've got use for it
