In my role with a guidance organization, I've come across three staff members who have raised significant concerns regarding the employment policies here. To protect their identities and prevent any retaliatory actions, I can't share further specifics. I advise people to thoroughly evaluate the decision before joining this organization.

I work for an advice organisation and am now aware of three employees with serious complaints about this organisation's employment practices. I'm unable to give more information to avoid identification of employees who are terrified they will be treated vindictively. I would urge individuals to think very carefully before working for this organisation.

Since taking over the care for my wife things have improved massively. Initially communication was very poor issues were not addressed correctly. Now new staff have been brought into the office all communication has gone from very poor to exceptional. They now address any problems immediately and care staff are fantastic. When I was given the chance for a review I would have reviewed it as 3 out of 10, now it is 10 out of 10. the improvements made are exceptional.

My experience with Greenline is that they are a professional company and any problems or issues they are always eager to correct. I find the staff very polite and punctual when looking after my mother and always willing to help. I work for the Government and have dealt with numerous companies in my line of work and have found Greenline to be a good reliable company.

THESE ARE FAKE REVIEWS COMING FROM WORKERS there .they charge people huge money to get them sponsorship with ZERO working HOURS AND after that cancel their sponsorship to save their skin.God punish you all THIEVES .Don't pay money to them for sponsorship they have no work....GOD will JUDGE you all....

Fabulous care agency with an extremely high work ethic and who show total dedication to their clients. The office team are efficient, very polite, respectful as are the directors. I cannot speak more highly of this care company and the passion in which they deliver care.

All the Carers are kind and attentive.They go above and beyond and help you in any way they can.They are always on time and they help in any way they can.I feel comfortable with the staff and consider them as friends.I an very happy with service they provide.They office staff are also helpful and caring.They check up on you regularly to see how you are doing.I feel safe when I am asleep because they are around to help at any point where I need assistance.Everyone is very friendly.I will recommend Greenline without any hesitation.

Their style of communication

Very kind and caring towards both user and family . Nothing is too much trouble everyone is thoughtful and hard working a pleasure to visit when the staff are around. Accommodating to changing care needs and communication between the team leaders is outstanding we ask for something and it’s done. We call and they return our call as soon as possible and are awkward friendly and helpful.
