I came to Justin after I had a very testing experience with different mortgage broker and nearly lost my house sale through that.

Justin has been an absolute pleasure to deal with once again. After helping us secure our first mortgage back in 2019, it's great to know after all these years, he's someone we can continually rely on to help us with our re-mortgage. When I reached out to him to enquire about the current rates for our re-mortgage in early June, he helped us secure a rate, which we expected would be much higher than what we were currently on. Which was of no surprise given the current market rates and cost of living increases. But I was happy that it was one less thing to worry about for the near future. But Justin was confident that rates would decrease a little over the next couple months, and true to his word, he managed to secure us an even lower rate. This is testament to Justin's work ethic to always help his clients and find them the best possible deal.
