Went to Greg’s Leicester Highcross today for breakfast and was servered by Mo, he is a credit to your company so happy in the morning made a difference to my day

Shout out to Becky at Greggs in Whiteley village . She is always a friendly and welcoming person. I had an issue with a click and collect order in the week, all totally my fault but she sorted it out for me quickly and with no fuss , so I wasn’t late for work

I was told two minutes for a steak bake. After about 8 mins another server asked me why I was there I told him and he served me immediately. Unfortunately they forgot to put the steak in the pastry, so just gravy and pastry... Not impressed at all.

Usually ok here at southwait services sthbound but today had to ask 3 times for my order server too busy talking to a colleague then everything bagged up back to truck and would you believe it order all wrong last time I'm using this place

Naturally going in years you get to know people who work there and whether it’s Deb, Lisa, Sylvia or Paddy especially, they’re all lovely who work in there but they’re the names that you remember. I’m a customer service manager and they’re just spot on and always have been by me. Champion Greggs the one outside my work 100%

Ellie was so helpful, she made me a cheese salad roll as there wasn't any left and i dont eat meat so there wasn't anything else. Such a delightful person- a credit to the company

I have coffee at Fosse park Greggs and find one of the ladies named Doreen very helpful and always smiling and goes out of her way will to help the elderly customers. You don’t find help like that in many places now a days. Well done Doreen

Thee Female Manager (Stupendous fire works spouting out my ears , from such artistry and Michelin & star food ).
I am writing this as an RGN, PT, and an orphaned woman—someone who understands care, nourishment, and what it truly means to be fed with love, not merely food.To the female manager at this branch:
you have angel hands.
There was something so profoundly moving about what I ate today that it took me straight back to a place I no longer have—the warmth of a mother’s kitchen. I found myself quietly, irrationally jealous of her children’s plates… because I miss my mum’s food. That ache doesn’t come easily. It only surfaces when something is done right. 💔This stupendous woman carries the essence of the refined, understated deli cafés you stumble upon in Mayfair or Kensington—the kind with quiet confidence, impeccable standards, and food that speaks before you do. She does not belong to “just” a high street. She belongs to a legacy.She has the rare ability—no, the calling—to open her own café or restaurant one day. I can already see it:traditional English favourites executed with love and precision—
shepherd’s pie, cottage pie, fish and chips, jacket potatoes, sausages and mash—
food that heals, not just fills.If I may dare to name it, it should be called:
“Angel Hands Kitchen”
or
“The Mother’s Table”
I pray she does this one day. Truly.
I had been awake all night—working, studying, exhausted, low, and struggling to even think about cooking. Then Greggs crossed my mind. I decided to buy something I hadn’t had in years:
a Ploughman’s cheese sandwich and a tuna crunch baguette.
Compliments to the chef—because this woman is not just a manager.
She is a talent. A cook. A chef. A passionate professional.
Love was written all over what I ate.
This wasn’t hunger—no.
I am still dreaming about it.
Living near Sundridge Park, I assumed it might take a while… that it might arrive warm at best.
Absolutely not.
It was quick, perfectly prepared, and I devoured the entire sandwich in under five minutes—like a French bulldog refusing to let go of a frisbee.
I could feel it. I could tell.
Women like her are rare. Diamonds in the rough. Passionate about food, devoted to detail, meticulous, and deeply professional—yet warm, human, and heartfelt. I sincerely hope her family—her husband or partner—truly understands the level of love, care, and dedication she pours into her work every single day.
I didn’t even need to see her to know.

They still sell vegan sausage rolls when they know they’re bad for people’s health and contain carcinogens and toxic oils. The main ingredient is water. How can that be? Is it a drink? I wouldn’t feed one to my dog.

Stopped for a quick Greggs on shift .
When supplied with my blue light card , staff just stated we don’t accept blue light discount .

Even tho it clearly states on Greggs website they do?
Am I missing something or is this just false advertising.

Found the staff really dismissive and unprofessional.
Never had an issue with presenting my blue light at a Greggs previously .

Milton Keynes Greggs in Center MK next to John Lewis. Has the best service and kind staff. Polite and always clean. Positive feedback to everybody on this Team!

Always recommends if there is anything new and also ensures that the facilities are clean and sorted.

Busy at times but great staff!

What has happened to the quality at Greggs. Greggs Walkden, shocking customer service, I had to ask several times which pasties were hot, it turns out it was steak and only steak, I was told the rest were cold, however, these days they are more pound bakery standard, all pastry and no filling, possibly 3 small pieces of steak and a wipe of gravy.
Carrs are head and shoulders above Greggs, full of whatever filling you ask for and always warm.
Greggs, stop believing your own hype, you are charging more for less quality.

I can't believe I went there today. It was absolutely terrible - the pizza was cold, tasted horrible, and the staff were so unfriendly.

I was went buy food from there Asda tongham service station Greggs I was made to and told I was a thief by one of there greegs staff even I showed I paid for for it by my banking app
I tried to sort by email Greggs but they are to important
I then rang there customer service number treated like I was not important with dropping calls to them a manager called L called but she only did after a meeting as staff more important then customers as the staff in branch is not a direct staff it will take upto 14 days to look at it if they can be bothered
Just be careful as they do not want customers. I bet the CEO does not care also

I paid and after I paid they told me they were out of sausage roles and I had a bus to get. The said it would take 15 minutes but it took longer so I missed my bus .
If you are there when everything is gone you might as well just leave if you don’t have time .

If im paying for a sandwich i expect to get what i paid for not a bun full of cucumber, barely any chicken and one drip of honey mustard. It's no wonder people just take the food for free these days, I thought they were all scum but now I see they are the smart ones. You should be paying us to eat this crap if you can't deliver on a simple sandwich

Oh my god I have met my soulmate on a today me and farmer Pete went to Greg's and I drank a matcha and because I'm a cow I love grass and the matcha tastes just like grass I was in heaven will be back for my second matcha

Greggs your cheese scones are lovely , WHEN , they are cooked properly!!!
This morning’s was like eating raw dough, last one I had was light, fluffy and very cheesy!
Sort it out or we’ll be looking elsewhere.

Picked 2 not available,so got a free bacon baguette and a TEA, Great staff at DARGAN Greggs beside the Ladbrokes, superb!!!

Visited the Green Lane, Dagenham branch twice last week and left both times due to such poor and slow service. Staff were so slow, paying no attention to the large queue waiting to be served. Obviously a problem with this branch
