Folie und Zubehör wurde in einer guten Verpackung geliefert.
Das Anbringen der Folie war einigermaßen einfach, aber ich habe noch einige Luftblasen unter der Folie entdeckt.
Ich habe mit Bildern als Beweis um eine neue Folie gebeten. Es war ja Garantiert das es klappt oder Ersatz geliefert wird.
Erstattung war nicht gewünscht.
Keine Reaktion nach 2Wochen !
Ich wurde von der Firma immer zu einer Bewertung aufgefordert. Als ich dann eine schlechte Bewertung abgegeben habe , wurde ich auf eine Seite zur Konfliktlösung weitergeleitet. Auch dort wird seit Tagen nicht geantwortet. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht!!

I bought a blazer from them. The pattern is great. The quality of the blazer is terrible. It was $100 regularly $120 and it’s nothing more than the cloth print fabric with a thin liner attached to it. The buttons are backwards, the arms are skinny in one section and flared in another, there are no pockets and the overall shape doesn’t fit like a normal blazer (that you’d get for $100). It also took a month to arrive. This wasn’t noted on the product page, but buried deeper on the website that products take longer to ship.

Still waiting for an order placed LAST YEAR 2024, and just get vague, short responses from 'April L'. It is so unprofessional. I am certain they just email vaguely and don't chase me up, believing I will give up. I will contact the Fair Trading Office (ACCC) and file a complaint next week.
All this and over 250 Australian dollars for two Thai shorts - ridiculous. Scammers!

Still haven’t received any confirmation or update on some shin guards I had recently purchased for my son not even an email back after I sent about 4 actually makes me so sad can’t even trust these guys i should of done more research I feel like I just lost 130$ dollars to them if I don’t receive any sort of update on my purchase I will definitely take this into a legal matter. So at least this doesn’t happen to anyone else’s such a shame honestly I will be emailing them everyday until I get some sort of update on my purchase

Our records indicate that your package has been successfully delivered since 26 Dec 2024. Regarding your concern about unanswered emails, we have responded to all your messages. However, our system indicated that our replies were undeliverable due to your email inbox being full.
These guys are dodgy
Purchase a sweater for an event. After 7 days and no updates I reached out to support and they said there was a long lead time for hand made items of 7-10 business days and then huge lead time for deliveries. This was not shown on checkout.
I asked for a refund and they declined due to their policies. I sent screenshots of their entire checkout process showing this was not shown anywhere. Conveniently my order was shipped immediately and nobody has responded to me since.
The item won’t get here for another 2.5 weeks and my event is in 3 days.
These guys are shady AF.

Edited: The company quickly responded to my complaint and agreed to send a new product or transfer refund.
I purchased a 3-in-1 screen protection for my car. I am very used to adding screen protection to mobile phones and tablets as part of my job. The Grizz Protection is impossible to work with. I followed their instructions but the result was so bad that I had to remove the protection glass again. I contacted their "customer care" who responded today (after more than 1 month) and literally just said that if I didn't record the problem they could not help me as I did not have a proof. Never again!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I purchased some shoes recently when they arrived they looked nothing like the product I had purchased. When I queried this their response was that:
The example pictures are for illustration purposes only’ so the products are different to the pictures used to sell them. This is a complete con as you have no idea what you are buying!

They are scam artists. Took my money for 5 pairs of socks and sent tracking that hasn't moved. When I contact their customer support I'm told they've messaged the team and will get back to me and then it's radio silence. I ordered these items for my wedding over a month and a half in advance and haven't received anything or been issued a refund. Do not trust this company and waste your money.

Borderline atrocious and unacceptable
Ordered from them almost 3 weeks ago and still haven't received my order. Understandable that it's "handmade" but this is beyond ridiculous. My fight is next week and I still haven't got my equipment from them. Costed me almost £100. They only tell you how long it takes after you've made the transaction. If I knew it would take this long I would never have even considered buying.

I really wish I would have read the reviews before I ordered from this company.
I am extremely disappointed and disgusted with the service from Grizz Shopping. It has been over two months since I made my initial purchase, and I still have not received my order. Adding to my frustration, I was asked to resubmit my address and email—information that was already on file—twice in a row. This level of incompetence and lack of organization is unacceptable.I have pictures of the discussion as well for anyone who wanted to see. I will not be shopping with Grizz Shopping again and strongly advise others to avoid this company. I was basically scammed out of my money.

That was their customer service help
When I told them no one has it they responded with a " sorry, it's not our responsibility and nothing we can do"
That was their whole interaction and help. They do not care about keeping customers.
