This company are a complete scam. Do not use them. I ordered 2 Ice Making Machines via Facebook. I received some plastic rubbish ice block makers and plastic box worth about £5.00 and complete rubbish.

This is a scam...stay away from this website. I ordered a ice machine paid 36pds, including postage. Received a set of plastic ice trays. I have been trying to get a refund, with no success. Needs to be investigated as false advertising. Stay clear. Its a big con.

Do not use. Company is a scam. Ordered ice making machine got plastic ice tray. Trying to get money back unsuccessfully. They are stalling saying not worth returning as postage too expensive to China. DO NOT USE!!!

This company it a scam please do not use them. I purchased what I thought was an electric ice maker. What I received was completely different it was ice cube trays, a scooper and a plastic box

Total scam company, I went to buy an electric ice maker , when invoice came had changed photo to a plastic box and ice cube trays, ice cube trays arrive , complain then they try to refund small amount due to return costs, this company should be struck off , beware

Like the others I ordered the ice maker and received a plastic box with 4 ice cube trays and a scoop I think it’s disgusting

I ordered an ice making machine. The video in the advert stated that it could make ice nuggets in 20 minutes and that it was bluetooth enabled. When I received my product, it was a plastic tub with 4 ice cube trays. Total scam. It seems I am not the only one to experience being scammed by this company.

If i could give 0 stars i would i ordered am I making machine and like the other reviews I received a box of ice cube trays and a scoop so annoyed as I'm not made of money do not order anything from this site it is a SCAM !!!

I have ordered an ice cube maker machine from this company. Was so excited while it was so hot to hear about this small compact ice maker for £15. I don't have a lot of space for ice in my freezer and it would have been ideal. Then to my utter disappointment I've received a plastic box, 3 ice cube trays and a scoop! Clearly not what I have ordered. I have send numerous emails to this company without any reply back from them. Please don't make the same mistake than me and as it appears many others!

I'm the same as the other reviewers. Thought I'd bought an ice cube make and ended up with plastic trays in a row with a scoop. Total absolute rubbish. DON'T BUY FROM THEM. SCAMMERS 🤬🤬🤬

This company is currently running a scam. I purchased and electric ice making machine for £21.98. When I received the item they had sent 5 x plastic ice cube trays, a scoop and a plastic storage box. To say I was fuming is an understatement. I emailed them and I finally received a response. They said they would refund me £3.00 as it would be to costly for me to return the items back to them. I responded and said, firstly, why in gods name would you expect me to return items that you have clearly sent out to me deliberately, which weren't what I ordered and then expect me to send them back but to expect me to accept a partial refund of only £3.00. I raised the complaint with PayPal as I used that method of payment but I am also going to contact my bank as my bank card is linked to my PayPal.

Please, please, please DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING OFF THIS SITE AS THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!!

Ordered a ice cube maker machine and received a 6x4 ice cube tray. I took a punt as could not find any reviews on them. Currently in dispute via PayPal with them and they offered me a partial refund, so thinking £13 for a silicone ice cube tray I could pick up for a few an acceptable resolve......joke.
