I am VERY pleased with my purchase. It was out of stock almost everywhere else I looked. Packaged well, shipped to the US rapidly and even arrived in time for Christmas.

I'd advise one thing, click past pages 1-4 of amazon and ebay search results and you'll find independant retailers selling those items you need at competitive prices and with a more personalised service!
Can't fault Gus Jones Jewellers, quick and easy online transaction, a query was resolved over email promptly and the item arrived in good time and realy well packaged. Only thing that would make a goood service even better is if an email notification could be sent to let customers know orders are on their way but other than that i'm a very happy customer.

What a nightmare i had, I took my very expensive diamond bracelet to be altered as it was too big for me, not sure how the clasp broke in the shopafter it was alltered but it did, I was speaking with the owner Mr Jones and he wouldn't accept that it had broke, wouldn't listen to his assistant wouldn't listen to me basically called me a liar, after about 15 to 20 minuites trying to explain to Mr Jones who was having none of it by the way i then left in such a state i forgot my reciept, got to work i was so distressed i couldn't do my job so went home worried sick for two days as it was the weekend, it has now been fixed at no extra cost what a laugh as it has already cost me over 4 hours lost wages and the anxiety i suffered, will not be going there ever again as against my better judgement it's the second time this kind of thing has happened to me so no more..

I initially turned to Gus Jones Jewellers because I found the perfect Seiko watch online and it was the only place that carried it. I was at first hesitant to place an international order, but the site seemed trustworthy enough and the price low enough to let me take the "risk." I could not be more satisfied! My watch arrived to the U.S. from the U.K. way faster than I anticipated. The order processed very quickly and it was easy to track the whole way. The watch arrived in perfect condition and I started to wear immediately. I expect it to last many years.

Gus Jones was the only outfit that had the required item in stock after numerous online searches. Easy ordering process in place, and very prompt delivery (ordered item on Friday 24th August and it was delivered on Tuesday 28th August, taking into account the Bank Holiday). Very happy with the item, which is a gift for a relative's milestone birthday, as it is exactly as seen and described on the website. Definitely would recommend Gus Jones to others.

Online order placed, simple, easy transaction. Fast delivery, I think next day. Beautiful gold earrings although I did have an issue I phoned and spoke to a very helpful gentleman who knew which order I was talking about before I’d given much information. This I liked, personal old fashioned customer service you don’t get anymore. I was offered a solution immediately. Further communications I had via email were always answered quickly, politely and well informed. Really pleased with my purchase, I wouldn’t hesitate to shop there again.

Saw this watch advertised on TV and in magazines and thought I would get one for my partner Kath for Christmas. It was out of stock everywhere. I kept looking thinking I will get her one for her birthday. finally saw one on Gus Jones website so I ordered one. A few days later I got an E-mail from Andrew at head office. My order was placed and I was in a queue. It seems that because of the high demand for this watch, Sekonder were releasing a few each week to retailers to try to cope with demand. I received E-mails from Andrew at Gus Jones regularly updating me on the progress of my order. The watch was delivered yesterday, just a week after her birthday and Kath is over the moon (it was a surprise present) and I am happy too. Thank you Andrew you made two old folk very happy

I ordered a watch just before New Year, however, the company contacted me straight away and I was offered my money back due to the item I ordered being sold out and the next delivery was not due until February, however, I was happy to wait and was kept up to date with emails as to what stage my order was at. I received my watch on Saturday and it exceeded my expectations - I would certainly use this company again and wouldn’t hesitate recommending them to family and friends

Saw the clock I was interested in on the website, but wanted to find out further information about it first. So I ordered by phone. Very helpful company, and the clock was delivered quickly for no extra charge. Very pleased with the clock and the service.
