I do not recommend Gutter Guys. Like other customers I experienced poor communication, sloppy cleanup and constant upselling throughout the process. It was never disclosed that cleaning the gutters could result in shingle or roof damage. My driveway and deck required cleanup including nails and screws. They try to upsell you by denigrating your still under warranty roof and guards. Also, when you flag the poor communication YOU are blamed for not understanding what you were never told.I will never use them again. The whole experience felt shady.

After arranging the guttering guys to call they told me they would be here between 8 and 10 - no one showed up. I rang and was told I'd get a call back - I didnt. I rang them again only to be told there had been a misunderstanding and that I had not been booked at all!

Paid a large down and they never showed up. Always have excuses as to why they couldn’t do the job when promised. Then they stopped communicating.
Can’t understand why any legitimate business would take another persons money then not do the work promised and paid to do. They have been in Marin for years and have a website. I believe Gutter Guys is a franchise also. They must want a poor reputation,

Unfortunately I am complaining about one of your tradesman, Joshua recently cleaned the gutters and installed a new gutter on my back shed.
He left 2 downpipes completely bocked with leaves from the gutter, and left the new gutter sagging with 2 brackets not securely attached.
I rang him but he blocked my calls and failed to answer my texts.
Surely Joshua can do better.

I had my gutters replaced by the Gutter Guys (Liverpool) - I was told they would arrive early morning - waited in all day - phoned the office and spoke to a lovely lady- was told they had been delayed on a job and would be with me as soon as possible. When they arrived, the looked exhausted, I asked if they wanted to come back another day as it would start going dark soon - they insisted they wanted to get the job done (said they could do it in the dark). Ultimately after one week the gutter on the end of one side of the roof fell off -they came back and fixed it) and I told them the gutter on the other side was about 6 inches below the roof and was concerned that this would cause the facia to become wet (and possibly leak) - I was assured this was ok - I remained unhappy about this, so after phoning (the lovely lady in the office) and sending photos, somebody came out to view it and again told me it was fine but if I had any leaks to call them and they would fix it (I did say my concern was the facia getting wet) rather than a leak but was told it would be fine, I stated i was not happy with that - after sending photos of the job, and several phone calls- I eventually phoned again to say following rain I can just hear drip, drip, drip whilst I'm in bed. When i phoned, i spoke to a bloke who informed me that i was just out of warranty and so there was nothing i could do - this job was never right from day one, I was fobbed off and have been left with a dreadful job. I have been so polite and patient, but have got no where. I've also asked 2 different roofing and guttering companies which were doing jobs at neighbours properties about the job and both have said that the gutter should have been fitted up to the roof. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY YO ANYBODY!

Had new gutters fitted nearly 12 months ago. Small problem occured last week phoned gutter guys monday 4.8.25. Dale came wednesday 6.8.25 to fix the problem. Dale great bloke working for good company.

They came to the house next door to me.
He parked on my property blocking my driveway. He was very arrogant and dismissive, left tools outside my back gate. I found him very unprofessional. Good or bad I would never use this company.

Just had gutter guys out to clean the gutters front and rear great service and very reasonable price I would recommend this company 👌

Grant fixed my gutters and fascia, due to high winds they had come down. He completed the job and was excellent. He was very quick and appeared to be very experienced. Thank you Grant

The engineer who came out to clear my gutters was a friendly and very professional man.
He contacted me to let me know he was on his way and how long it would take him to arrive.
It is refreshing to have a tradesman who gives a genuine and honest appraisal of what needed to be done instead of just clearing all the gutters regardless!
He cleared what he assessed was necessary. He explained all the reasoning behind that decision and performed the task thoroughly. He cleaned up afterwards and cleared away the debris.
I am very happy with his work and his manner.
Not a bad start to the week!!!

Was quoted £150 to clean out my gutters. One man arrived but decided quote was too small. Changed quote to £500 so I cancelled!

My gutters were full of leaves causing rain Walter to leak out on to my garage roof creating lots of noise.. I contacted gutter guys as a neighbour had recommended them after they also had some gutter problems fixed by the same company. My gutters are now clean and working correctly. The job was done in very good time with no mess and no fuss and for a fair price. I will definitely use them in the future. Many thanks
