Installed a new Worcester boiler for me three years ago and have been servicing and gas safety checking it for me since.
Very pleased with their level of service. Original copper pipe work they did at installation was first class always good to see good workmanship.

My initial call to GWE was answered by a friendly and professional receptionist who gave me precise details from the beginning, with no sales talk or pressure. The work I had done was exactly as agreed, carried out by a friendly plumber who worked efficiently and cleaned up at the end of the job! Extremely satisfied with a job very well done, I will continue to use GWE in the future and I highly recommend them!

Unfortunately we've had another reason to call out GWE. This time our old boiler was making a terrible noise, a few days before Christmas. I spoke to Scott who ordered the replacement part and sent an engineer around the following day. Steve turned up as arranged and fitted the new part and all is well again, panic over.
We first met Scott when he was working on his own as a plumber and gas engineer, since then he has built up a really credible business and we have a huge amount of respect for him. He is totally committed and professional and we would not hesitate to recommend him, and I don't say that very often!
All of his employees are excellent, clean, professional and tidy up properly after they've finished the job. I am very happy for any one of them to work in my house, or around the property.

I was provided a quote and when accepted the work was carried out within the week, very professional service and the chap who carried out the works was polite, tidy and punctual. I would recommend and I will definitely be using them again.

I had to contact GWE last week as the boiler pressure kept reducing and so I had to put more water into the system. Unfortunately that water also disappeared which meant probably a leak, not easy to trace in a concrete floor. An engineer came on Monday and put sealant into the system. This tactic had worked 6 years before when they fitted my system so i hoped it would work again. unfortunately it hasn't so now I need the get them back to try find and stop the leak so winning this money would be a big help to fixing this leak once and for all !!!!

GWE were excellent - had a new boiler fitted within a few days of the old one being condemned. The job was completed with 2 days and everything left clean and tidy. Guys were really helpful.

Work done as they said. And cost was as per quote. Would use them again.

GWE fixed a leak quickly and efficiently and at a reasonable price. We were pleased with the work.

We also asked for a quote for some other work which we felt was a bit expensive so we didn't proceed.

Overall we would certainly consider using this company again..

First class response time to a demanding tenant , had nice message from tenant that said workman was very nice , attentive to detail and completed work in an efficient quick manner .Wouldnt use anybody else for any plumbing problems especially emergencies .

I have used GWE for gas safety certificates on my portfolio very reliable always contacted the tenants and arranged direct and kept me informed of the outcome, and supplied the required certificates.

GWE have serviced my boiler twice now and both times have been efficient, friendly and reliable. I would highly recommend.

Serviced and checked my boiler earlier this year. Came very promptly when called. Very friendly service. No complaints at all.
