Great lads delivered and installed gym leg press in our house! And also had a service and repair on a smith machine previously purchased from them! Fixed professional install! Great company

Scammers people dont buy nothing from them.
I ordered flooring april never received.
Now will go.legal and different ways to recover my money.
My experience with Gyms4everyone was honestly faultless. I found a rare to acquire product in stock, they were quick to answer any questions I had to alleviate any concerns, and incredibly efficient on a fast delivery.
I will no doubt be returning to buy more in the future!
I’ve dealt with josh from gyms4everyone over the past year when setting up a large member gym. He’s been fantastic, from sourcing equipment to putting together packages for a whole gym set up! The prices are unrivalled! We’ve had both new & refurbished kit & the quality is amazing. We now regularly buy 1-2 pieces per month from Josh & he always delivers promptly, with no problems. Will continue to use & highly recommended!
I have a gym quality rack in my home gym at a fraction of the price.
Call before hand on my delivery and assistance via Josh and support when I went a bit astray of the assembly pattern.
I have what I need to cancel a commercial membership and no commute excuse anymore!

This company is formerly Equip4Gyms.
And the invoice name came through as Llanelli Performance Centre Ltd.
The director of the company is called Dominic Simon Reynolds and he has a habit of dissolving companies and setting up new ones - scamming more and more people along the way.
If I could rate 0 stars I would!
Let’s start with what I ordered. So on the 13th Feb 2026 I ordered a Dual Leg Ext/Curl from the company (Equip4Gyms).
On their website the machine was listed on back order with an estimated wait of 6-8 weeks. I was ok to wait this long.
As time went on more than 8 weeks passed and I had no further updates on where my machine was and when it was due to arrive.
So I reached out to the sales team and I was passed around 3 different people trying to get updates and handed excuse after excuse.
From reasons like Weddings, Annual leave, Sickness absence and just general busy schedules. Now at first I had no issues with these trains as generally they are valid.
I really drew the line at the war between Iran and Iraq being used as a reason for my machine being delayed!
People are literally dying and losing their homes - yet this company thought it would be a good excuse to tell me why my machine was delayed!
I’ve lost track of the amount of phone calls, texts & emails I’ve sent and received.
My business has been affected and so has my time. I’ve spent so much time chasing this up that I should be charging this company an admin fee!
We are now 5 months down the line and I still haven’t received my machine!
I have been told I will get a refund. This was last Thursday (it’s now Wednesday the following week). I haven’t received any further info on that - nor have I seen the money come in.
The company and Dominic just lies, scams and has horrible customer service.

Hi Ryan. We are not Equip4Gyms! Gyms4everyone is trading name of parts4gyms Ltd We have tried showing you, we have tried helping, Not sure what else we can do
Ordered with Equip4gyms for years (always lots of problems with delivery, but always got resolved).
Last order, they did not delivery, would not reply, when reply it was false and lies, saying its been dispatched, and will be here soon, which it never was, still waiting on a refund, and they have changed their name to Gyms4Everyone, would not order from them ever again, as soon as they have your money, they treat you like absolute shite.
Can provide screenshots and messages to back up everything, and have been contacted by others which have been treated the exact same way.

Hi Danny , as you We are not equip4gyms, we have spoken privately with you and helped sort your issue out along with any other customers who had issues. There is only one thing we have done which is help you get a refund which you got and thats what the 1 star is for.

Edit - This is a review of GYMS4EVERYONE, a re-emergence of a former company named Equip4gyms, same people, same accounts, just different name and now they have become a LTD company (Parts4gyms Ltd) - end edit
Essentially it appears to be the same company but they seem to be attempting to walk away from their liabilities just by claiming to be a new company that bought everything of the previous company apart from their liabilities.
They, and equip4gyms, are/were not registered Ltd or LLP so are either sole-trader or partnerships, in which case they cannot simply change their name and bank account and walk away from their liabilities which in my opinion they are attempting to do
I would be interested to know whose name the bank accounts are / were in, to prove me wrong
EDIT - They say in their response that they are not equip4gyms, maybe they can publish the proprietor’s name as is the legal requirement when a company is not Ltd or LLP of equip4gyms and their reinvention of the business
Update - In response to my review they sent me a text message (if it isn’t the same company then how did they get my phone number)
They explain that the partners in the business parted ways, those who wanted to continue took the online presence, some of the equipment, customer base, suppliers, and stock and committed to ensuring customers received refunds for purchases they did not receive
I received my refund through chargeback on my credit card which they didn’t oppose and came out of the same bank account it was paid in to
Same company less a partner and change of name
equip4gyms and Gyms4everyone are the same business in everything bar one of the partners
It also seems that they have resurrected (in March) a nearly struck off Ltd company to now trade as parts4gyms ltd and Gyms4everyone appears to be a trading name of parts4gyms Ltd, this started happening mid July
Same people (bar one) now trading as Ltd (so they don’t get financially stung when it next goes tits up)
And please don’t text me again guys,

We do understand your frustration, but we are not Equip4Gyms as much as you are adding snippets of information together its incorrect we have offered a call, you along with any customers who had an existing order with Equip4gyms had a email offering fulfilment or a way to get money back. That isn't what a scam company would do, as far as I can see your 1 star review for us is for helping you get your money back.
