Hamptons Floor Store Reviews

Very smooth communication and installing done by the team. Liz and Joe are very responsive. Happy with the results.

We’re really happy with the work done by Hamptons. The flooring tiles, laminate flooring, and stairs were finished to a very high standard with great attention to detail. The team was professional, reliable, and easy to deal with throughout the process. Everything was completed neatly, and the final result looks fantastic. Highly recommend them for quality workmanship and service.

Hampton Floor Store did an amazing job with our flooring. They completed everything in just a day and a half, SPC downstairs and laminate upstairs.

The workmanship was excellent, especially around the skirting, which was left in perfect condition.
Thanks so much, Joe. We heard about you through our Hampden Hill estate group, and we’ll keep recommending you.

Joe and his team are amazing. The service he provided was top notch. I cannot recommend him enough. We had a baby on the Sunday and got our house keys on the Monday. I cheekily asked him if he would be able to get to us sooner as we needed floors in ASAP. He accommodated our request with enthusiasm and by the Wednesday the house was fully complete with extremely high quality flooring (at a very reasonable price). He made a stressful time very easy and straight forward and completely went above and beyond for us. I will ALWAYS choose Hampton flooring going forward and recommend to all my friends and family

From start to finish Tom was very helpful, and the whole process was very simple and efficient. We had our 20 year old engineered wood floor sanded and laquered and thanks to Tom and his team the floor came back to life and they did a brilliant job in bringing back the beauty of the wood. I would highly recommended this company for their excellent customer service and the quality of the work. We'll be returning customers!

First class service from Joe and team. From ordering to fitting, they were prompt and easy to deal with. Carpet expertly fitted by Stephen. Can't recommend them enough and will be back to order more flooring for the rest of the house!
Thank you Joe and Hamptons Team!!

Loved the flooring they did in our three bedroom house including conservatory, pargola & porch. Very professional especially Joe & Doru. Joe has great client management skills & Doru’s flooring work was great, loved the attention to detail. I am sooooo pleased ❤️ Thank you Guys!

I had a great experience hiring Hamptons Flooring. Joe and Doru were fantastic to deal with—professional, friendly, and clearly skilled at what they do. The work was completed on time, and the quality of the finish was excellent. Everything was done to a high standard with great attention to detail. I’d happily recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and high-quality flooring work.

We got our bedroom floors done this morning and I could not recommend Joe’s team, headed by Alan more! They did a fantastic job: they were fast, efficient, extremely meticulous, friendly and they left the place absolutely spotless! Thank you so much for your outstanding professionalism!

Excellent service from start to finish. Had some hiccups at the beginning but Joe gave us assurance all throughout and gave us the best prices (he not only price matched all other offers but gave huge discounts). Had his teams do our flooring, carpet and tilings and all done to excellent quality. Highly recommended!

Joe promised life time warranty and we noticed a hairline crack in skirting which continues to expand as the corner was not properly pinned. He even arranged fixing of the issue within 24 hours :) great price and great service

Joe is great guy who gives best prices and gets the work done on time.

I recommend him to anyone who is looking for quality work. The flooring work was nice and all rubbish was removed.

They did laminate flooring for my new home and carpets for stairs. Trust him to deliver good work for his future clients too.

Second time using Hamptons they are a joy of inspiration & transparency to deal with we have fitted the entire house with carpets and wood flooring and found them the true pros when it comes down to staff, products and service. I will buy with confidence from them again anytime thank you
