Hamptons Floor Store Reviews

Stephen was unbelievable to deal with, a real gent and top notch carpet.

Amazing experience with Hamptons Floors. From start to finish Joe was on hand to answer all our queries coming back to us straight away. The lads came to lay the floors and did the whole house in one day, I asked Joe if the carpets could be put down after we were fully moved in to avoid the movers ruining it, and he confirmed it would be no problem. Stephen put the carpets down in record time and it looks amazing. 10/10 for everything we would 100% recommend Joe and the team.

Highly recommend Stephen and Joe as they were so professional and helpful to deal with, I am delighted with the quality of carpet and the fitting was perfect..thank you so much for a fab job😊

We recently , and I can wholeheartedly say that my experience was outstanding. From the very start, Joe demonstrated exceptional professionalism and dedication to his work. Everything was delivered on time, and the project was completed exactly as promised, which truly impressed me.

Joe's attention to detail was remarkable. He took the time to understand our needs thoroughly and addressed every aspect with great care. His ability to consider even the smallest details made a significant difference in the overall outcome. I can confidently say that this is the best service I have received in Ireland for any project.

What stood out the most was Joe's approachable and friendly demeanor. He was always available to answer our questions and responded to our queries promptly, making the entire process smooth and enjoyable. His humility and willingness to assist made it easy to communicate our thoughts and concerns.

The quality of the work delivered was exceptional and provided excellent value for money. We felt fully supported throughout the entire process, and Joe went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. Thank you…..

Couldn’t recommend Joe and his lads enough! So easy to deal with and always quick to reply to us on our questions. The team had our whole 2 storey house fitted out in the one day and were always flexible to us when we were waiting on our keys etc. Stephen also fitted our stair runner a few weeks later at our request and done a top job aswell. Not only are the lads some of the best around but also we found them nearly the best value!

Had Stephen out today doing carpet in a box bedroom I am thrilled with the carpet it’s so fluffy and perfect application! Would highly recommend and will be a returning customer in the future!! So professional and so polite. Overall had a great experience.

Amazed and grateful that I chose Hamptons.

Initially, I was a bit skeptical about using Hamptons as I had not seen any flyers stuffed through my front door, or the foreman recommending them to me, but after doing a bit of research, I decided to dig deeper and hit the gold mine! 🥇

Joe's communication is top-notch! He is the politest, kindest and the most friendly sales person in this industry! He was always patient since day-one and never pushed to close the deal until he answered all my relentless questions!

I paid the deposit late one evening (10 pm) and his team were ready with the materials at the front door at 7 in the morning!

The fitting was done to very high standards. Minor imperfections were corrected before the final handover and the Hamptons' guarantee was always a good reassurance.

They provided AC6 flooring (highest rating available) for a price similar to that of the AC5.

He was considerate, worked within my budget and did not try to upsell or oversell anything I did not need!

Will definitely go again for my next house!

This was our second time using Hamptons. We did everything over the phone . Joe sent us videos and photos of carpets and floor samples and everyone came back really quickly .
Stephen was the carpet fitter he’s superb and nothing was a problem. Highly recommend this company .

Within less than a week of contacting Joe at Hampton's we had our apartment fully floored and ready for move in way ahead of when we expected. The service has been really smooth and professional from getting a quote, assistance with choosing the right flooring, the team on site to the high standard of finish. We're genuinely so impressed and I'll be sure to recommend Hampton's to anyone looking for a flooring company. Thanks so much.

Fantastic lads to deal with , we used Hamptons for our floors and carpet when we first bought our house.

We recently had our attic converted and I reached back out to Joe, within 3 days our attic carpet was installed !

Stephen ( the installer ) was a gent and came back to fix a small snag.

By far the best value after having 3 quotes Hamtons were especially fairly priced. Work was exceptional, carpets fitted in 5 rooms, stairs and landing as well as full ground floor herringbone in living room, hall kitchen and utility. Every detail taken care of before final payment. Highly recommended

Everything perfect. Quality, work, price.

5 stars experience and Joe can get the job done with his team. Recommended

We just got carpet laid throughout the house by this company. The whole experience was made very easy, they did an amazing job, cleaned the house after, and made sure we were happy with everything when it was complete. A very responsive company throughout the process and a pleasure to work with. Also great value. Would really recommend using this company.
