The Hands HQ web app is still relatively new so they have a long way to go - but despite that, it's a marvellous time saver for us.

Customisation is pretty decent and they're adding new features all the time so it can only get better. Stability is rather good but there have been some seemingly sporadic timeouts when trying to create the documents as PDF renders. This is an area that needs much improvement.

The actual end result is quite pleasing and does the job. The ability to copy a previously specified work and amend the details is also another major boost in time saving productivity. Overall, we're very pleased with it and can't wait for the future updates to make our lives even easier.

We have been using HandsHQ for a year roughly and it has really made how we produce our RAMS a lot quicker. We can copy old templates for similar jobs and very quickly have the documents we need to get going. There is a lot of content within the system that is pre-loaded or we can change the content to suit different tasks, thus making it whatever you need it to be.

Fantastic product my only gripe would be the pricing structure isn't very flexible. Pay per use would be much more likeable or even an unlimited option for a yearly fee.

Hands HQ is such an amazing concept that has increased the productivity of the creation of Ram's for our business. We used to manually type out everything but now with an easy to use form which saves recurring events like teams, supervisors it generated professional looking rams with our logo on the top. I would even be as bold to say because of the professional look of our Ram's this also provides a lot more confidence to our clients and helps us beat the competition to win the work. Highly Recommend!

I always felt under pressure getting paper work ready for jobs but handshq have made this so much easier, 10-15 mins and my documents are ready to send easy and straight forward.

This has to be the best decision I have made over the last couple of months, the web interface works great, answer a few questions and get a great looking document to send out to your customers.

Putting Risk Assessments and Method Statements together can be daunting but the Hands HQ system walks you through the likely components of a project helping identify risks and how these should be addressed.

Would encourage other users to play with it as it is very user friendly.

We have found that the system is very user friendly and follows a logical sequence, of great benefit is the section which allows the insertion of site specific photographs. The final (pdf) produced document looks very professional indeed and certainly creates the right impression with our clients.

Had a great chat with the member of staff and everything was made clear to me, as I had little understanding of what was required for my situation. For a large company HandsHQ offers great value, but for smaller tradesmen I felt it was a little expensive. Another tier of services would be a good option, to allow smaller businesses to better afford a good product.

I have searched many sites and there is nothing which is equal to the quality, ease of use or information packed site as Handshq, totally recommended, it's the only choice in my book.

I can't believe no one had thought this up before, it took me 10 mins to go through and a detailed risk assessment and method statement was produced. So simple and easy to use and saved me a ton of time as well!

We have been using HANDS HQ for a few months now and has had a real positive impact on how we put our site specific safe system of work documents together. No more generic Word docs. tick lists that were being used.

The end result is a professional looking, straightforward, document with competent control measures and a well laid out COSHH section.

It is a simple step by step approach that is very intuitive to use. No expensive training packages needed.

The customer service is great, very helpful and nothing is too much trouble.

The feed back from site is that these documents are easy to follow and understand.

Brilliant. Seriously save yourself a load of time and headaches and sign up to this product. It produces comprehensive legitimate documents which you can modify if you need to. It's a no brainer especially if you have to produce multiple documents. Thank you so much.

We have been using HandsHQ for about 6 months and it has made my life sooo much easier when it comes to RAMS. Its quicker, easier, more professional looking than any other product we have found / used or seen.

I really like the COSHH element as its very easy to use. We have found that a product we wanted the COSHH sheets for were not on the database so just emailed the lovely people at HANDHQ and they put it on very quickly.

We personally have been recommending this to our sub contractors and have introduced it into our tender package to show what we can do and how we take H&S very seriously
