From start to finish Dave was amazing, meeting us beforehand, going through what we wanted and didn't want and really tailoring it to us to make sure we had the best time at our wedding.
We had so many comments the tunes were amazing and they didn't want to dancing to end.
Dave also provided PA and lightening equipment for us, setting it all up beforehand and turning the venue into a dancefloor when he arrived.
Can't recommend enough and 100% will be contacting Dave when we next need a DJ.

Dave was our wedding DJ on 11/6/22.
We met with Dave and Belinda a couple of months before the wedding where Dave spoke at length with us about our tastes in music, our likes/dislikes, any song requests and how he might go about transitioning between them as the types of music varied hugely. We were left feeling very confident that Dave understood what we wanted and that the music would be exactly as we wanted it. I should also note at this point that Dave's email communication before and after this was also exceptional, he responded very quickly and whenever he said something would be done, it was done.
Dave arrived early to set up on the day of the wedding and allowed us use of the microphone and sound system for the speeches and wedding breakfast music which was a big help as the venue was outside and the microphone was something we hadn't initially considered.
Upon his return, Dave took over with the music and ensured everybody was happy with the variety of songs and that their requests were listened to, without any song sounding out of place in the line up. The music all evening was excellent and the complete experience from the day we booked Dave all the way back in 2020 to the wedding nearly 2 years later was exceptional and far beyond what we initially expected of a DJ. If we need a DJ for any event in the future we wouldn't even consider anybody else - thank you so much for all your help!

I booked the team for an 80th birthday and the dance floor was not empty all night. It was fantastic every song we wanted was played can’t recommend the team highly enough. It was a great night. Thanks again.

Dave was really pleasant to deal with, emails were really promptly replied to. Arrived on time and just got on with things with no hassle. Provided all prizes and sweeties for the kids who enjoyed the party games, but when they decided they didn't want any more games and just wanted to dance it was no hassle at all. The volume of the music was great, no too loud - no ear defenders required for the kids that would usually wear them which was fab and made them feel more included which is so important. The party games were done in military precision style so that everyone got a chance to have a turn (Belinda is much more patient than me!). Would recommend to friends.

Couldn't reccomend more, easy to arrange straight forward no hassle. Met in person and went through our wedding plan for the day and everything including all songs for us and age ranging of the guests and their song choices. I cannot recommend Happy Sounds Mobile Disco enough, our wedding was originally in 2020 but due to Covid19 we had to reschedule our evening reception twice, Dave & Belinda are amazing people, they were totally accomodating to us so much with uncertainty all the way through having to move our booking not once but twice and kept in contact with us all the way through.

On the day they were fantastic, exceeded our expectations played everything we asked for and more, Fantastic DJ, Very professional and friendly they make you feel so at ease and as if you've known them forever the loveliest couple!, fully accomodating to our secret BBC introducing artist Michaela Wylde performing our first dance and set. I would without hesitation book again for any functions we have in the future! Anyone looking to book, be assured Happy Sounds Mobile Disco will look after you, book with confidence they're fantastic! They truly go above and beyond.

I’ve used Happy Sounds twice now for our annual end of season dinner dance. I’ve found Dave to be professional and reliable, playing music to suits our guests taste. This year was our best and the dance floor was full all night. This in itself speaks volumes!!

It was my sons 6th birthday party and we had Dave for the entertainment. Kids loved it, not only did they provide the disco, all the games were taken care of and the prizes! It took that stress completely away!

We booked Happy Sounds just before lockdown so the wedding was postponed. Dave kept in touch throughout to ensure he was available for the new date. He went through everything before the day to make sure it all went smoothly. We had an amazing evening and the sounds were great!
