Boots are nothing like what’s advertised… cheap and nasty and when you try and return them nobody answers the phone..
A complete scam… AVOID

boots arrived a month later and were nothing like the ones advertised the quality was shocking sent back recorded delivery still waiting for refund from march what a bunch of crooks

The Quality of these items far exceed their price point and therefore represent excellent value for money. Additionally the customer service is excellent with attentive and thoughtful text messages keeping you appraised of the progress of your order and helping answer any queries. I am a repeat customer on that basis.

These horsebit loafers exceeded my expectations, truly. Great shoes. Perfect fit, quality material. Responsive customer service from Mohammed with status and shipping updates even with holiday timing was to me from Dubai within 5 weeks and I live in central California. Would highly recommend if you want what look and feel like designer shoes at reasonable prices. Handmade detail is clear the second I put these on and there’s also good padding so I found blistering when breaking in the shoes to be minimal with proper coverage.

Very poor quality boots. Nothing like the photos on their Facebook page. Waste of money

I’ve never had great service like this company I ordered the wrong size boot for my husband’s 60th birthday and they sent me a replacement immediately without me sending the wrong size back 1st I would definitely recommend them 5+ stars

Great customer service and stunning product

It was very easy to order. Once you pay for the shoes, there's a message telling you how the shoes are made and delivery timings. This messed should have been written before the payment so the customer can decide to carry on or not.
The final result is very good. I am very pleased with the shoes. Smashing job.

Great looking boots and workmanship, a little tight but the sellers offered to send another pair.

I have to rate as 5 star. The quality, look, style of these shoes are incredible.
To balance, they took a while to arrive but that’s because they’re hand made to order.
Communications are also 100% with timely updates.

Stay clear of this company…. After my Boots eventually arrived they didn’t fit and the quality was terrible so I emailed them and asked for a returns note. Several emails later and I’m still waiting for an answer. I called his number and he fobbed me off. This was back in December. I’m now £147 out of pocket. Seems this company takes your money and runs. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

Although the delivery was a little longer than I had expected. The wait was more than worth it .

I bought a pair of boots which when they were delivered, I didn't like. I asked for a refund and was told the returns form would be sent to me - it never arrived and despite several attempts to get hold of Mohammad, he ignores me.
Don't buy from him, he will just keep your money if you aren't happy with the product.

These boot are amazing.
I ordered a pair with were supposed to take a couple of weeks. I sent a message asking when I would receive them. I was updated with a revised date straight away.
I received the boots and they had a minor imperfection on the toe of the boot. After sending them a pic with a message outlining the imperfection. They sent another pair without any issues.
These boot are very well made and look so smart. I really can’t wait to wear the over the Christmas period. I just know I will get a load of comments about how well and expensive they look.
I’m always sceptical ordering off of social media. I research the company, as they had good reviews they were some not so great. I thought I’d give them ago and ordered some. I’m really happy with the quality of the boot and very happy with service 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
