Great company! Dealt with Craig and he was brilliant from start to finish, always on hand with any advice. Really appreciate his time and patience.

Instructed them on 27 August 2025 and by 4 September 2025, discharged them; after just 9 days, but they still haven't confirmed this. They appointed us a trainee paralegal instead of a fully qualified conveyancing solicitor, and gave us contradictory instructions. We wrote to them to complain on 2 September 2025 about valid concerns, but they never responded. Like others on here, we were duped by the positive reviews. We shall be writing to the LSS.

Lawyer treated me with respect and was immediate with troubles opening files, the lawyer took in and processed the correct information and the claim was fair.

My personal injury claim was dealt with by Stuart Cameron (Senior Handler) and I could not recommend Stuart or Harper Macleod more. I was kept up to date and never had to chase for information. This could have been a stressful process but due to Harper Macleods fantastic staff it couldn’t have been further from stressful. I was delighted with my settlement and will be returning to the company for any future legal advice.

I was unfortunately involved an an accident where the third party was to blame. Ruairidh from the first response team was extremely helpful and informative. My case was then passed to Sean McCarney (senior solicitor). My case was tricky due to the lack of response from the third party. However, Sean ensured to chase on a regular basis and provided his recommendation of when to settle. Once Harper Macleod received the funds it was sent to me almost instantly. Sean was extremely knowledgeable and reassuring and I don’t know where I would’ve been without him! Thanks again.

My experience was outstanding thanks to Sean McCarney. My case took about 8 months to be resolved and throughout this time he delivered excellent service. He was straightforward, helpful and always kept me in the loop of the process.
