Very efficient, supportive staff and process
Right from the start, all who I dealt with were very clear about the process and completed very efficiently with the Trustee. My payments are very manageable. also the 2 sessions of counselling were helpful.

Made it really easy to consolidate debt, people are friendly, and payments are good!
Although I wish there was a mobile support line that I could use to see payment dates, and or see if I’ve missed a payment. Currently that’s done through email which is just slower and much less efficient.

It is nice to have some of the pressure off . Not all companies were taken care of and for myself personally I needed someone to talk to me and explain how to deal with things that came up that needed to be paid or didn't look right. Once ppl are paying for the service more one on one to help deal with things that didn't get dealt with in the beginning would be appreciated, speaking for myself.
