I had a very small problem with a purchased tripod which was dealt with expediently. I could tell that every effort was made to do so. Clearly customer service is important here.

For anything telescope related I recommend Harrison Telescopes. Very knowledgable and always received a response promptly. Any queries I had were answered. The quality of the telescope that arrived was superb. Though I did not know how to use it, Harrison Telescopes were very helpful in guiding me.

Great customer service to sort out minor issue with product

Placed my order on Monday 26/9/23, arrived 9am 27/09/23. Items exceptionally well packed. Solar filter and CCD camera are better then expected, well made and look good as well. Can't wait until Saturday to put everything together and try it out. Very pleased all round and will definitely use again. Cancel the previous just placed another order.

Recently purchased a filter for my dslr and even though the postage quote is for the mainland UK, I was contacted straight away to be informed it would be posted with Royal Mail to get to me instead of courier and may take longer, living on an island in used to this but very much appreciate them going out of their way to keep me informed. Also I was worried I ordered the wrong product as I couldn't get it to fit but I just didn't quite know how to fit it properly and the team were fantastic in instantly replying reassuring me it did fit my camera and attached a fitting guide. Can't recommend this company enough and I will definitely be using again. Some of the best and quickest customer support I've experienced!

I am a great believer that the mark of a good company is how they deal with the situation when things go wrong. Ed at Harrison Telescopes has been absolutely superb in handing a set of issues that were none of his making.

I purchased an Explore Scientific observatory tent from Harrison, but this is an item they do not stock, but have delivered from a distributor. The item duly arrived, but within a week of purchased i noticed a fault and reported to Ed. He was immediately on the case with his supplier who I have to say were less than helpful or responsive. After a protracted wait for action from the distributor a pickup of the faulty unit and delivery of a replacement was arranged.
Both the couriers involved managed to mess up the delivery and the pickup, so leading to further delays. After around 3 weeks of frustration I have my replacement tent and the faulty one has been returned.

Throughout all of this Ed at Harrison was in almost daily correspondence with me on progress and chased his supplier relentlessly. It is so satisfying to find a company for whom Customer Service is still paramount.

I cannot recommend them highly enough and would not hesitate to do business with them again.

I have been buying kit from Harrisons for over 4 years.
In stock items have always been delivered very quickly and Ed at Harrisons is always super responsive and helpful if you have any queries. Once I received a defective item and it was replaced the same week, no haggles. Another time I had a technical issue and Ed contacted Skywatcher in USA on my behalf and the matter was resolved by the next day. There is nothing more annoying than buying expensive gear and being left in the lurch waiting for a response. This has never happened whenever I bought from Harrisons. Top marks for customer service.

Very helpful staff, great item, unbeatable price, arrived within 12 hours of ordering.

I will probably never buy another telescope. BUT... Were an over-enthusiastic guest to knock this off a balcony, I would start here.

Looking to buy my first telescope and wasn't sure of the Amazon reviews so called Harrison Telescopes just for some advice. Ed was super friendly and helpful, explaining how I should start and what I needed. By the end of our chat I had made my purchase. Ed was not pushy, it was free advice and I got a better deal. Thank you so much! BTW, my scope arrived yesterday and I'm really pleased with it.

Superb knowledgeable guidance & assistance that I would heve been lost without. From the scope to lenses & camera connection, also about tracking which I may gradually do once I've accustomed myself more. I can't speak highly enough about the aid.

Bad. Delivery is not cool. They must have voted for brexit. Can you send £300 eyepiece to Northern Ireland since we’re in the UK. No we can’t. We’ll cancel your order. Even though Royal Mail will send it for the same price. Shocking. 365Astronomy will deliver. Widescreen Centre will deliver. Pathetic.

Bought a skywatcher heritage 150p flex tube telescope from these guys as a "customer returned" model with £50 discount (so was £200). The telescope was fully collimated, in perfect condition, well packaged and comes with a warranty. Good prices even without the discount. Very happy with my purchase.

Ordered yesterday lunch time and delivered at 9:20am today! Haven't opened the package yet but delivery excellent!

They are using Royal Mail because it it cheap (their words) delivery was very late but they just blamed Royal Mail…….don’t use Royal Mail you cheapscate.

First time ordering from this company and I'm very happy, both with the eyepiece I ordered and the straightforward online ordering process. It was also extremely well packaged for delivery. In fact, the box it arrived in was so big I thought they'd included a set of complimemtary coffee mugs or something, haha. But yes, very happy all round with Harrison Telescopes

Excellent service from this Company, I wasn't sure what to buy for my camera to fit my telescope, they explained what I needed, and when ordered, the items came through quickly..
Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and to buy from them again..
