In a challenging sales market, Paul M at Hawes & Co (Wimbledon) showed patience, resilience and skill to navigate the sale of our property on our behalf. There were many ups, downs and negotiations but Paul really pulled through. Communication was excellent and for someone in the property industry, this was the first estate agent I enjoyed working with. We tried and failed with a larger agent in the SW19 area to sell our property before going with Hawes & Co.

We had great experience with Hawes &Co house sale. It’s not an easy process, but Ben and Damian made it very smooth, accommodating viewings to the time we could do and always making sure one of them was available to answer questions for us.
Not saying that we want to move again, but would definitely come back if needed in the future!

My house had failed to sell in the hands of other local estate agents, but when placed with Hawes and Co (Surbiton) Sarah suggested and explained a price that was realistic for the current market, and ensured that we had many viewings. Sarah was unfailingly helpful, down to earth, professional and business-like at all times, and kept up a constant stream of viewings, which resulted in several interested parties. The final stages of the sale were protracted due to issues with the eventual buyers, Sarah also helped them enormously, to keep going and not give up, and a successful completion was achieved.
