From start to finish the experience was excellent with Hawes & Co we had a few hiccups during the process which happens with most sale but Mahul & John were on top of things and were always attentive and supportive to get the process moving. Mahul was very responsive and provided great advice to progress my sale. Would definitely recommend Hawes & Co very experienced and proactive agents. 😃

I found the whole experience of selling my home to be very professional throughout, polite and friendly, I was put at ease and everything was explained to me fully at every step of the way! Max enabled a smooth and fast turnaround to let the property out in late 2020, with the Lettings team providing timely and practical support when dealing with any issues. Subsequently, Sarah provided great support to secure the sale of the property during summer 2022, which given market conditions and other challenging factors, helped make the process far less stressful. We viewed a property to rent with Hawes & Co and put in an offer to rent, which got accepted. The process was straightforward and quick. The thing I appreciated the most was the transparency during the offer process. We were informed when the offers were going to be presented to the landlord and when a decision was going to be made, so we knew what to expect. Apart from that, most of the communication was friendly and efficient.
