This company has come through to my email about representation in a PCP claim, I've never had a car on finance to I completely don't understand and they've made it completely impossible to cancel, the emails bounce back and the phone number doesn't work, what kind of a scam is this????

And then to make it even worse i get an email from them saying i have 14 days to cancel so i reply to there email mypcpclaim2 fairlegal.com but this keeps beeing send back and often lands in your spam box so could go over and then they will charge you £150 however in the paperwork they send the email is mypcpclaim fairlegal.com without the 2 so this just confirms to me they juat trying to scam people or i have that feeling anyway
They have since responded since i send an email to the other email so instead of 1 star i have given 2 stars instead

We have investigated the issue with our IT team, who reviewed the mailbox configuration and found no faults. The mailbox is correctly configured and has the appropriate protection licence in place. As part of our checks, we also sent a test email, which was received successfully.
Both mypcpclaim@fairlegal.com and mypcpclaim2@fairlegal.com are monitored inboxes, and emails sent to either address will be received and dealt with. The reason there are two email addresses is that mypcpclaim2@fairlegal.com is configured for use with our CRM system.
We appreciate that seeing two different email addresses may have caused some confusion. However, this is simply a result of our internal system configuration and was not intended to make it more difficult for you to contact us or to cancel the agreement.
To help us investigate your specific experience further, could you please provide a copy or screenshot of the bounce-back message you received? The exact error message will help us identify what prevented your email from being delivered.

Misleading business
Misleading business, trick people in to gaining a signature under the guise of something completely different, hide their business name in the T&C’s as well as some fairly gross data handling practices. Will be looking in to whatever governing body covers this as it feels borderline illegal, and whole heartedly unethical.

I have just received a call from them claiming to be representing my old finance company, I even spoke with a so called manager who confirmed this.
I called the company to check and it's a complete lie.
They sent a link via text which will only do god knows what.
Avoid this company, they are untrustworthy!
Edit to add - You have my name, you have the date of when it happened. If you wish to investigate further please do, I will not be wasting my time in contacting you.
The fact you are cold calling people says it all on what your company stands for and it beliefs.
I can 100% guarantee that the claim was made that they were representing my finance company. As you say this is not acceptable!
To anyone reading this regarding making a car finance claim, do not use this company. You can easily do this yourself by contacting the company, and more than likely once the full decision has been taking that a refund will be given then the finance company will contact you there self.
You do not need this company who will take a cut!

I aAppalling, predatory tactics targeting vulnerable consumers.m writing this review to warn…
I am writing this review to warn others about the highly aggressive and deceptive multi-stage cold-calling tactics used by this company. This began on Wednesday 27th May 2026, when an advisor called me claiming it was "my turn" to receive a PCP car finance payout. I was tricked into opening a text link and signing something under the false promise that I would get an email within an hour showing my payout amount, and that a "solicitor" would call the next day to process the money. This was a complete lie to trap me into their sales funnel.
When they called back on Thursday 28th May to push me to complete "Step 4" of their online form, I explicitly stated multiple times that I am already handling my claims directly with my lenders and do not want their services. More importantly, I clearly informed the representative that I am registered disabled and have a Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), meaning I struggle to process complex information under pressure.
Instead of pausing or showing any duty of care, the agent completely ignored my medical condition and used high-pressure tactics to force through the online forms.
Fortunately, I recorded the entire second phone call and have full audio proof of this predatory behavior. I have already exercised my statutory 14-day cooling-off period to cancel this by email, and I am escalating a formal complaint to their Head of Compliance and the CEO. I will also be reporting this severe breach of vulnerable customer regulations directly to the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) and the Legal Ombudsman.

I have just had the rudest, most aggressive and abusive cold call from somebody purporting to work for this company who actually started arguing then escalating to full on shouting over me and at me when I said that I did not ask for his phone call, how did he get my number in the first place, and to delete my number. I’ve repeatedly asked this company to remove my details from their call list regarding alleged “miss-sold car finance” claims. Despite multiple requests, I continue to receive several unsolicited calls every day.
This behaviour feels intrusive and borders on harassment. A legitimate firm should respect clear opt-out requests and handle personal data responsibly.
I would strongly advise others to be cautious.
If you’re experiencing similar persistent calls, consider reporting them to the relevant authorities (such as the ICO or TPS in the UK).
