Great experience and left very happy with our holiday.
George was very patient with us, despite having a very wide brief on our holiday search. He was knowledgeable, courteous, gave great advice and never rushed us in making a decision, despite us being there for nearly two hours!.If you visit this travel agent we would recommend booking with George.

We knew where and when we wanted to go but the help on picking flights and hotels was exceptional. Everything was booked in one visit, seats reserved and discounts obtained. We can't fault them

We went to thd city centre shop in Nottingham as our local Mapperley branch is close for refurbishment. We were lucky enough to be served by a lovely young man from our local branch but unfortunately we didn't get his name. He spent ages with us as we were booking a last minute holiday for next month. Boarding passes printed out for and we're good to go. He was wonderful.

Absolutely brilliant customer service
Absolutely brilliant customer service. All staffs are pleasant, professional and helpful. I have always been very happy with the service I received from the staff at Hays Travel Mapperley. I cannot praise them enough, every one of them. I will not go anywhere else. Barbara is the first person I contact when I'm thinking of a holiday. I completely trust her to take care of all the details and she has been an absolute pleasure. She goes above and beyond to help me have a beautiful trip. Thank you all very much for your kind and friendly support over the years. You are all very much appreciated.

Nice team.
I always try and book my holidays here. The staff are very welcoming and friendly and help me organise and plan the better options in the holiday I'm looking at. Lovely team at the Mapperly branch in Nottingham. Barbara was really helpful and informative and as always I came away happy with a little holiday booked. 😀 thank you

Great staff and booking experience …
Staff were understanding of our needs and confirmed each step of the booking process. They were more than happy to search for other hotels and destinations until we were both happy with our choice.
Booking with Hays is always a more rewarding experience than looking at a computer/ tablet screen.
