My business is that of a Coffee Roaster, but I also sell top-end Chocolate in retail bars. My first purchases with HB Ings was of the Grenada Chocolate , and when that supply stream ended, we switched to the successor from Madagascar- Chocolat Robert.
I have always been impressed by the speed of being recognised, and the efficiency of the deliveries.
Keep on keeping on, HBI - I do , at 80 years of age , still running a business.

ONLY PROBLEM WAS WITH DHL - NOT HENLEY BRIDGE
Goods were dispatched quickly, as promised. Only problem was with DHL delaying delivery, which is no fault of Henley Bridge.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I have always had a very good relationship with HB Ingredients. As with any business, there have occasionally been small issues along the way, but what really matters is how they are handled — and HB Ingredients have always worked to resolve them in a professional and helpful manner.
Their customer service has consistently been supportive, communication has been good, and I truly appreciate the way they look after their customers. As a business owner, having reliable suppliers and knowing that any issue can be discussed and resolved makes a huge difference.
Thank you to the HB Ingredients team for your continued support and service. Very happy to recommend them! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
