Rob dealt with the sale of the flat I brought. He is reliable, always got back to me when I sent an email or called him. He also supported with speeding up the sale of the property when things were moving very slow. Overall I had a pleasant and personable experience and I would recommend.

Habib Bank Zurich plc. This has go down as the most disturbing on-line website application process ever, with the parts of the form in utter gibberish, drop down options containing incorrect information, and more. Half way through I lost all trust. They have a presence in the UK but how did they manage to obtain a banking licence if they can't even get a simple web form into shape for the UK; what chance do they/we stand when matters get more complicated handling my money? If I could provide less than 1 star I would. It's like something out of the Keystone Cops. I walked away. You have been warned.

The cheapest service need more qualified persons to have some knowledge about customer service . Attitude on peak . Experience baddest services ever at HBL sharfabad branch .. never visit . Bigg nooo .

Very bad customer service - Its been six month called the helpline multiple times visited bank as well but my number has not been updated on the profile - If you are looking to bank in pakistan please go with any other bank other than HBL

HBL’s customer service is shockingly poor. Staff are non-serious and lack basic professionalism. Simple issues take ages to resolve. Really disappointed with the experience; they seriously need to improve.

I hope this message finds you well. My name is Khurram Shahzad, and I am an 11-year-old customer of HBL. I am writing to formally complain about the extremely poor service I have experienced in trying to open a new bank account with your institution.

For the last 1.5 months, I have made more than 70 visits to various HBL branches, yet my account opening process remains pending. Despite numerous attempts and providing all required documents, there has been no clear explanation or resolution from the bank. This delay is highly frustrating and inconvenient, and it has caused a great deal of disappointment.

I am deeply concerned about the quality of service at HBL, and I believe it is becoming one of the worst banks in Pakistan due to such inefficiencies. As a professional in civil engineer I expect better professionalism and customer care. The lack of responsiveness and failure to complete a simple account opening process is unacceptable.

Given the severity of this issue, I have decided to rate your bank poorly on all public platforms and share my experience with my large social media following, which consists of millions of people. I urge you to address this matter immediately, or I will be forced to continue spreading awareness about the poor service provided by HBL.

If this issue is not resolved within the next few days, I will also consider taking further action.

The worse bank I have ever encountered. Lazy and useless staff. It’s been months and my account is still not opened even after going to branch multiple times, and even calling support.

Their staff don’t even care.

I tried 10 times call but helpline is not picking up my call I am very worried.

They treat their employees like slaves. After 32 yeas of service to the bank, they are pressurising my father to resign. Just to replace him with young girls to exploit them for far lower salaries. They are doing this with many long serving employees. Bloody exploiters.

Extremely disappointed by the services of the HBL as despite cheques being deposited timely, salaries are not credited.

However, the same has been credited by the ABL, NBP timely as and when the cheques are received.

If the issue not resolved timely, we're left with option other than switching bank. And this figure of account holders switching is in thousands.

This may please be resolved on war footing basis.

I am user of hbl since 2020 and i am facing this issue since then. I am extremely disappointed with HBL Bank’s handling of payments for PWD employees. Despite knowing the urgency and importance of salary transfers for these employees, the bank has caused unnecessary delays. It seems that they are intentionally holding back payments to benefit themselves at the expense of hardworking individuals who rely on their salaries.

And now not returning it

Well, to apply for a credit card, they are asking me to have a minimum balance of Rs. 2-3 million. My salary get transferred in my HBL account which is a sufficient evidence that I have a job and how much transferred every month. Why exactly would I keep money in their bank when they have these non-customer friendly policies? They are probably the only ones who charges you Rs. 208 per month for SMS alerts.

Worst bank ever in my life, with poor branch services every branch, poor helpline services no one knows how to deal with the customers. must be shut down this bank

Pathetic customer service
Most pathetic customer service I have ever seen. Above that, they have got the guts to show the attitude

It was my first experience using ATM in Gujrat (Gt road) so i was not used to the whole process of it , I called customer helpline at ATM , my call got connected with ASWAND YAR i would really like to appreciate his work and customer service, he was really helpful and my Atm issue was resolved in minutes due to his great service. Thank you

such a disappointment to be a HBL customer. I have been trying to make a minor transfer online and the system is like garbage.

Stay away from these unprofessional bunch of liars. They sold me a life insurance policy by explicit lies at Lahore Sadar bazar branch. Such thiefs.

Customer service is far behind than poor, worst among all, they are behaving like people have no other option for banking except HBL , that's why they don't value customer service. I have an account with HBL since 2016 , last month June 2024, I applied for card replacement because i was in Pakistan. When I didn't get any update I called them where they told me card is dispatched to my work address ( UAE), I thought ok for 2 weeks i came to pakistan i will collect once back. When i came back to work days passing and even I didn't get any message from any courier even from bank regarding my debit card delivery, again I registered complain where they mark my complain as closed and resolved actually they even didnt bother to resolve, they told me card is shipped to main branch ( Pakistan). Then I received a call from branch informing me about card, i told him I am outside country and if someone can collect on my behalf he said yes must bring my CNIC copy. today 19th July when we reached branch with CNIC copy, they are saying only card holder can collect, what a waste of time with these non professionals
