I have used this company numerous times over the last few years. It Used to be a great company with quick delivery times and great products and good customer service but as of recent it’s awful! Brought a pair of hd buds pro 2 in October and usually they have a warranty. The last few times I have tried to use them the case will only turn on and connect my earbuds if on charge and will not hold charge so it makes using the earbuds impossible. I have contacted customer services numerous times with no response.

They never delivered the product, Royal Mail still haven’t received it, this company said in a general email that it was late and won’t respond to any emails about it. The same ‘on offer’ product is on Amazon for the same price I could have just got it there next day, I stupidly just saw the product on instagram - a set of charging cables portable charger and ear pods… still no word 3 weeks later and no product or attempt to ship, not mis delivered never even sent! Avoid using this company at all costs

I wish I had read the reviews first. Took my money and never sent the gifts. I too am involving trading standards. There hasn't been any acknowledgement to any E.Mails sent. They lead you into false security falsified info saying it would be delivered in 48hrs as it was now on its way. RUBBISH.

Good delivery time but product was extremely poor. Looks like been badly steamed from china. Not worth £3.50 never mind £35.00

Why deceive your customers? I was told delivery is 2-3 days. It’s over 14 days I ordered the item and I’m yet to receive it

Ordered over two weeks ago and yet to receive, despite stating 2-3 days for delivery. No communication as to why it hasn’t arrived. Poor service. I would avoid next time.

I ordered a pair of earbuds from the website in white, they sent pink ones. Tried to contact them about either a refund or replacement and only got an automated response. Customer service is awful, would never use this company again.

Great value ear pods. The last pair lasted many years, with regular use, just bought some identical ones as they do the job perfectly and are well priced.

Placed an order and had to chase delivery. Product, HD Buds Pro 2. Supposed to be
Noise Cancellation and Spatial Audio. They certainly are not. No response to a number of emails and now going through PayPal resolution centre. Don’t use this company

STAY WELL AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY Diabolical…. zero customer service. Sent a games console back, countless amount's of emails no response and NO REFUNDS.

Everyone planning in purchashing anything from this company i suggest to run a mile away and ignore these frauds, I have purchased a console game for my children to play, wanting to give them abit of memories of the late 90's early 2000's, paid £50 for it. Purchased 19th Feb arrived 6th March 2026. I didn't think much of it. We then switched T.V connected the HDMI console and didn't work at all, I tried all different types of USB cables and USB slots, batteries for the remote controls everything i did didn't seem to help or make it work. I then contacted HDTV department to figure this out they replied back but as soon as they found out it wasn't working they push you away as rhey know whats coming next, asking for a refund right. I then searched online how to return, sent the item back to them. It's been over a month now since they've recieved the item, I have the Royal Mail tracking number 0218-B359-01A4-ADF1. After sending over 10 emails to them, no response and no refund. So I lost out on the console, new batteries and paying for the return tracking. Crazy of a company with no morals or dignity. People are struggling and all they do is scam them. PLEASE GUYS BEWARE AND DON'T BUY FROM THEM, YOU'LL REGRET IT!

Ordered a gaming console which on arrival didnt work so sent back to hdtv and not heard anything back in months. Scamming people DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!!

Rip off merchants don't bother wasting your money the item doesn't work they get you to send it back and you never hear from them again.

As per the most recent comments. Game stick purchased, after using this company before and pleased with the product/service. The game stick didn’t work so returned. Nearly 3 weeks later no return and no reply to any emails that I have sent or other means of communication that I have tried.
Avoid, avoid, avoid.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS !
Purchased a 'game stick' full monies collected straight away, and that's where the 'efficiency' ends !
Two weeks for delivery, unit is faulty - emailed 'customer services' to advise, 1 week later I get a reply reiterating the set up process as per the leaflet that comes with it !
I replied straight away and now a further two weeks later I'm still having to chase for a response / resolution.
This company HIDES behind email contact and a P.O. address - If I were able to assign zero stars that's what I would give. Next step is trading standards and credit card reclaim which quite frankly I have better things to be doing with my time.

Do not order from this company you will not receive it
Having made an order I received an email tell me it had been dispatched and giving 48 hour tracking over 2 weeks later order still not received and tracking is useless still stating that it is waiting for parcel Emailing the company is a waste of time they can’t be bothered to sort anything and just fob you off if they actually do reply I have emailed again asking for a refund however as yet awaiting another uninterested reply

very poor service ordered on 17 February no communication and still no items. very poor service avoid at all costs
