Do not buy from this company

Do not buy from this company. We ordered a portable oxygen machine the beginning of February and we still have not received it. The tracking number showed it was in California for several weeks. When we questioned this they said they would send it from Missouri. Still have not received it. They said they were waiting for USPS to pick it up. Now when we have demanded our money back the are ignoring us. Don’t believe the other reviews

Antwoord van Pure O2

Dear Amy,

Thank you for your review. We’re very sorry to hear about your experience, however we would like to clarify that this situation does not relate to our company.

We are **Pure O2 Ltd**, based in the United Kingdom, and we have no record of supplying an order to you or to any customer in the USA. From the details you’ve provided (including shipping locations such as California and Missouri), it appears that your purchase was made with a different company.

Unfortunately, we are aware that there are other businesses using similar names, and in some cases presenting themselves in a way that can be easily confused with our company.

We would genuinely like to help you resolve this. If you’re able to forward your order details to us at **[info@healthoxygen.com](mailto:info@healthoxygen.com)** or call us on **+44 161 747 2617**, we will do our best to help you identify the correct supplier and assist you further.

In the meantime, we kindly ask that you consider removing or amending your review, as it does not relate to our business.

Thank you for your understanding, and we hope to assist you.

Kind regards,
Pure O2 Ltd

I recently bought 3 oxygen…

I recently bought 3 oxygen concentrators to send to India. Paul was great to deal with. I bought them on the Wednesday, they were dispatched on the Friday and they arrived at there destination a week later. So all in all efficient and reliable.

I have dealt with Pure o2 for a number…

I have dealt with Pure o2 for a number of years. Their service standards never fall below exemplary. They manage sensitive situations in a caring and conscientious manner and always do their best to accommodate non-standard requirements.
Highly recommended. *****

When travelling on oxygen speak to the best, Pure O2

Thanks to Pure O2 taking the time to get my oxygen right and go through the difference of sleeping on a pulse device and continuous flow oxygen. My nurse agreed with your advice and I now use the Philips Simply Go all the time. I would strongly recommend you to anyone looking to travel on oxygen!

I am very happy with the service I received from O2.

Buying Oxygen medical equipment costing a little under £3000 from a company without any Trust Pilot reviews was a little disconcerting especially living in Ireland!

However, O2 more than lived up to my expectations in value for money, promised delivery date and UPS shipping to Dublin. Even the additional packaging was more than I expected and everything arrived in perfect condition. All I can say is "well done" and thank you.
