I had earlier contacted Alango in Iseral between April 2025,for detailed enquiry about my hearing problem. They have helped me a lot . Due to financial issues could not purchased it. My problem was worsening, may family members and relatives who used to feel equally bad when I could not share their thoughts. Finally it was tried inspite of globally war like situation, I could manage the device from HearFit.ca . They have helped me in getting it from manufacturer in time.
Now I am using the device mostly in day time and having adjusted its sound controls to my needs. Feeling well and hearing fine , there is no issue related to the device. Nicely designed keeping in view all related problems. Its price is manageable. Please note it is a hearing support it can not replace the original Ear , people do expect immediate responses from the sufferer as one has to adjust himself with all sorts of mental and bodily feelings & senses . This takes some time. Our ears are sense organs always take care of them and enjoy the standby most innovated device, you will get an easy comforts in discussion with your friends and family. . The same I am feeling better than earlier. Life has become now meaningful.

I ordered March 8th and needed it in 10 days. I didn’t hear back for days and finally I did. Was offered a refund but I really wanted the product. When it came from their supplier they offered to shop wherever I needed it because of long delay. They did, it arrived snd today the deaf person in trying it for the first time. I’m hopeful he will like it and use it.

After experiencing mild hearing loss, my mom had stopped watching her favorite shows. Now, she uses the Sennheiser SET 860 every day, and the difference is amazing. The sound is so clear that she can even read and follow the news tickers again. Thanks to Hearfit’s guidance, the setup was completely smooth and hassle-free.

Not good
Not good. Product sold is completely useless (QuietOn earbuds). Further research demonstrates that this is a known problem, in fact the manufacturer has gone bankrupt. Feels like Hearfit are trying to offload their worthless inventory onto the public. Returns take a long time, you have to pay for it yourself, and shipping costs are not refunded which is against the Ontario Consumer Protection Act 2002 for defective or misrepresented products. I will be following up with the Better Business Bureau and all other channels to get my full refund
Hearfit took my money and then ghosted me
Despite placing an order with Hearfit nearly a month ago I am yet to receive tracking information on my item, or really any acknowledgement whatsoever that this order actually exists or is coming to me. I’ve called numerous times and never been able to get in touch with a human being and all of my emails have gone totally unanswered. An all around awful experience and they essentially stole $65 from me. Will be going to my bank to try to get the money back and will strongly recommend no one ever buy from this company
Terrible Customer Service
Terrible Customer Service! Returned a product and it took almost 2 months to acknowledge and inspect the product. Then I was told I would get my refund within 10 business days and it ended up taking over 15 business days to get my refund. The whole experience, including my initial purchase was slow, unprofessional and full of empty promises.
I would NEVER recommend this company ever!

Finally, Bernie Smith of Hearfit CA, agreed to an 80% refund following a very frustrating experience for both of us. Why only 80% ? He did not go above and beyond as he initially claimed. Ignoring requests for photos of alleged damage to foam tips is not going above and beyond.
Please apply caution when seeking a refund from this e-retailer.
I would recommend taking photos of each component before boxing and returning.
I have wished Hearfit well and have learnt that humans are complicated when it comes to $$$.

I am trying to receive a refund for a product that could not be delivered. The customer service with Bernie has been atrocious and I have received no to little follow up. I do not recommend this company

Unfortunately, I have found dealing with Hearfit very disappointing. I received, trialed and sent back a Noise Cancelling Quieton Earbud Set all within Warranty period.
Without going into details .. I am still seeking a refund.
Response times have been less than optimal. Delays seem to relate to Bernie sending the unit back to his QA team who assess for damage.
I was advised that unit was "used". This is ridiculous because one is entitled to trial the buds within 30 day warranty period.
I was also advised that foam tips were damaged. I requested photographic evidence but no evidence received. These Comply foam tips are very sturdy and robust and what Bernie Smith didnt mention is that replacement tips are available.
I am proceeding with appealing Paypals decision to close case due to expiry of 30 day warranty period (due to seller's delays not mine..I have been sending multiple emails again and again). I will also be appealing through my country's consumer protection schemes and also via Canada's consumer protection processes.

I strongly advise against doing business with Hearfit.ca.
I purchased Quieton ear plugs from Hearfit.ca in April 2025 and returned them within two weeks. Their return policy states that if the return is not due to a defect or shipping error, the customer is responsible for the full cost of return shipping. I paid UPS $35.80 to ship the product from the U.S. to Canada, but the package was marked “receiver did not want – refused delivery.”
When I contacted Hearfit.ca, their representative, Bernie Smith, claimed the issue was UPS’s fault—even though tracking showed the package had been received by Hearfit.ca. I was forced to return the product a second time via FedEx, paying another $36.56 in shipping.
On June 26, 2025, I was told their QA team was processing my refund. Since then, I have called their office twice (no option to speak to a live person), left multiple voicemails, and sent numerous emails—all with no response.
As of today, I am out $302.08 for the product plus $72.40 in shipping costs—a total loss of $374.44.

I ordered QuietOn 3.1 earplugs from HearFIT World on February 6, 2025. The item was shipped via UPS, but tracking stopped on March 4 in Mexico City. UPS investigated and issued a claim to the sender on April 14.
Despite contacting HearFIT World and filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau on April 26 (which they received on April 29), I’ve received no response, no product, and no refund.
This experience shows a clear indifference to consumer rights. All of this really happened, and it matters to me. I believe others should be aware before buying from this company, as it could lead to frustration and lost money.
I’ve since contacted SoundlessTech, the company behind QuietOn, to find a trusted distributor moving forward.
