I was very pleased with Hearing Choices and definitely recommend them.

I had my appointment at iHEAR at Hillsdale in Sydney my hearing specialist is
Lina Koliris very professional and helpful.
I have now purchased a pair of Livio Edge A1 Premium Hearing Aids.
Lena did all the tests and explained the results and what i needed going forward.
The after sales service is first class and free of charge i'm going to my second of five appointments to change the volume etc on my Hearing Aids.
Would have no hesitation recommending this company and a special thanks to the receptionist Stephanie for her help.

Simple way to organise an appointment followed by an easy hearing test with a range of options to improve hearing.

The whole process was handled in a professional and friendly manner. I had no hesitation in asking questions about things that concerned me or which I did not understand. All in all a good experience.

Mahsa at Bloom Hearing in Newtown, Vic was exemplary in initial consultation regards hearing test, explaining aides best suited to my circumstances and then "fitting" of aides.

So far I have made three visits to ihear at Coorparoo and have found Gary and Lea to be both very pleasant, helpful and professional.

The initial visit was detailed with great explanation following by a comprehensive hearing test with the diagnoses of mild to moderate hearing loss in both ears.

I have been trialing the Livio AI 1600 getting use to them for the first two weeks

The fitting, cleaning and recharging very well explained.

Third visit changed domes to medium size and iPhone set up with Thrive App

The testing and advice given was both professional and complete. While the equipment offered is expensive I was impressed by the ability to try it for a time and consider the agreement to refund if it proved unsuitable fair.

I found Totalcare Hearing in Caringbah very helpful and professional.The Audiologist tested my hearing and worked with me for the best value for money option for my hearing loss. We trialed and programmed the hearing aids and I am happy with the results.

Initial process was straight forward and the audiologist was very good but I was expecting a greater variety of brands and costs to choose from. In addition I did not appreciate being bombarded with incessant emails.

Worth the visit, everything was explained clearly.

Just having trouble with mobile and hearing aid. Mobile keeps saying no hearing aid connected very annoying.

The team member who rang to identify my needs was super professional and great to deal with. I would absolutely have made an appointment if there was a clinic nearby open at suitable hours. In this era it's not acceptable to ask a potential customer to go across town, or wait weeks and not have Saturday morning options anywhere. Not everyone can take time off work. I'll go with another provider. My rating is for the lack of appointment times, not the person I spoke to.

I have had several hearing tests with different company's and I have to say that Hearing choices were simply the best.
The reason I say this is this, the contact with them was easy, the response was instant, the booking was make quickly, and the staff were very knowledgeable.
The thing that stood out the most, was the very experienced employee who answered every question I had in relation to hearing aid, function,type, compatibility and price. I would highly recommend this Company for any help with hearing loss.
