Very disappointing experience overall
Took out a service plan, they gave the boiler a service as ell later and then cancelled my service plan. I have asked for an explanation as to why the HeatOn Gas took this action but 2 weeks later I still haven’t been told and I haven’t received a response to my 2 emails.

Friday afternoon. I was very relieved when the plumber arrived promptly and was able to get my boiler going, as the forecast was for snow over the weekend. He was extremely helpful and efficient.

Boiler Issue
During the cold Christmas period, our heating system developed an intermittent fault. Loyd and his team were excellent—responsive, easy to deal with, and persistently worked to diagnose and fix this tricky issue. Highly recommended.
