I initially received two estimates from the rental agency, but I opted to reach out to a local business and contacted Heatworks to set up a viewing with our tenant. Dean promptly connected with me via email after checking the property and offered a selection of boilers with warranties, all at more competitive prices than the previous quotes. The Glowworm Energy 25 combi was installed in just one day. Thanks to the positive Trustpilot reviews, my tenant felt confident leaving the property unattended, so she didn’t have to take time off work. In the end, both my tenant and I were completely satisfied with the excellent service provided by Dean and Heatworks.

Both Warren and Liam were an impressive choice for the installation of our new boiler. From our initial conversation with Kath to the excellently completed job, we have nothing but praise for this firm. Having had a Homecare Agreement with British Gas, we don’t know why we hadn’t transferred to Heatworks long ago. We have no reservations in recommending Warren and Liam

Due to a failed gas boiler, knowing replacement would be required due to age of appliance, Dean made contact quickly and made himself available the same day to attend to provide a competitive quote which was also provided the same day.

What a fabulous company to deal with. Boiler service conducted this morning by James and excellent communication and arrangement of appointment by Scott. Immediate email confirmation of appointment and on time attendance by James. After I made immediate payment, I received email confirmation together with the completion certificate. If only all companies were this efficient !! I highly recommend Heatworks and they will be my go to company for all future Boiler and heating works.

Dean was quickly in contact with me by email after visiting the property, I was given a choice of boilers (with guarantee) and the quotes were less than the other two. The installation of the Glowworn Energy 25 combi took a day, my tenant felt she could leave the property without worry due to previous trust pilot reviews so she didn’t miss a day at work.
Overall both tenant and myself were 100% happy with the work carried out by Dean and Heatworks.

Fabulous job done by Kevin. I had a state of the art boiler fitted from Heat Works. The old one removed with the old tank too it wasn't a small job but it was all done in one day. With brilliant customer service. I would highly recommend Heat Works

New Worcester Boiler installed, also needed the existing 15mm gas supply pipe upgraded to 22mm, from the outside meter to the boiler in the kitchen. An excellent job, at a good price,as per quote.
