Fabulous Customer Service
There was a little courier blip with my order which was no fault of Hecks.
After I contacted them they could not have been more helpful and friendly.
They quickly resolved the issue and I cannot recommend them enough for their excellent customer service and amazing products.

QQ: Are there any plans on expanding the low fat range other than the chipolatas?
We’ve been/will be following a certain weight loss plan due to health reasons, using ‘syns’ for the chipolatas as they’ve got taste and variety to them where other sausages we’ve tried are like cardboard and tasteless.

This was my first order from Heck
This was my first order from Heck, great communication and delivery was super fast. Package very well the cool blocks were still frozen so the food was chilled. I’m really impressed and will definitely order again. And I have told my family and friends.
