I ordered from heck’s as I love the products
I had great service from them as I emailed them about changing my delivery date.
In which they was very happy to do . And it was delivered on the day I asked for.
Was 100% happy

Lovely food at reasonable prices. There was a damaged package in my order and the customer services immediately refunded me for that item when I pointed it out

We just had to have some "Bride's Lucky Sausages" to bury in hopes of good weather for our upcoming wedding, though delivery estimates were too late. I spoke to Heck and they made a next day delivery happen immediately and saved the day. We've always been fans of Heck for the taste and quality of the products, but there's a competent friendly staff behind the brand too. More than earned our loyalty.

I love the heck products, wish I could get them in northern Ireland, but delivery is fast and in good order.

Love Heck products but this time it was a summer delivery. First intimated that it would be delivered on a Friday, then courier contacted me to say Monday. The ice packs were all soft and mostly the packs looked OK. Some looked "blown" . Have tried 2 products and ok. The one today will be a blown looking packet, so we'll see. I realise it was an exceptionally hot weekend.

Have bought Heck for years, was hooked by the name/marketing and keep going back for the quality.

Have bought from both supermarkets and direct, both have their place. Online there is often a larger range, including some quirky flavours I’m not sure I’ve seen in store, and there are also recipes.

They’re gluten free, but definitely not taste free. Always cook well whether grilled or fried, and some of the mince etc is an alternative I’d not previously considered. I’ll admit I personally found the burgers a bit rich, maybe greasy, but so much flavour and still enjoyable.

I have been using their products for a while and absolutely love them. So when I was offered a deal buying them online from HECK I jumped at it.
BUT it’s 30°+ outside and my order was dumped outside by DHL having come from Nth Yorkshire in nothing but a cardboard box with 4 small ineffective bags of ice it meant I had to trash the whole lot into my food collection 😡

Their customer service was amazing and refunded me on the spot which is why they didn’t get 1 star HOWEVER these boxes are not sufficient to keep fridge goods from getting hot outside of a freezer!

So please HECK find a better way to transport your meat products.

I love these products, the beef meatballs are my favourite, so tasty. The smoked sausage rashers are also amazing. Fast delivery and well packed. Thank you Heck

Great service from ordering to receiving the products I ordered

I felt cheated and was sick. I bought a pack of "Heck 97% Pork Gluten Free Sausages x6 400g". When I tried to cook them later I noticed that the meat inside the sausage looked odd. I ate a couple fried in a pan as normal and I noticed a funny texture. I didnt get far as I found them disagreeable and left them on plate. An hour later my guts became uncomfortable and I threw up (not like me btw), I looked closely at the leftovers and, to my horror, I realised that the meat was in fact shredded pork rind. I tried to complain to Hecks and they trashed my complaint and said they met food standards and pork skin can be classified as 100% PORK MEAT - Would you give that to your kids?

Compared to Black Farmer, these are rubbish.

HECK! Chicken Italia Chipolatas. Promoted as 'Juicy British chicken sausages packed with basil, tomatoes and mozzarella' I could not taste any of these and the sausages were FAR from juicy, dry as old bones. The only flavour was SALT. Utterly vile, no punch, no substance, disappointed as I wanted to support a Brit company. Nah mate, back to the supermarket

Very pleased with mixed bundle ordered online. Good dates on all products well packaged. No issues with delivery

The chilled sausages were extremely well packaged to keep them cool and fresh.
Ordering and checkout process were faultless. Delivery was great and on time.

We've now stopped eating Heck chicken sausages as they are so hard and taste very processed. This never used to be the case so don't know what's changed
